【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,越來越多的人出現(xiàn)了亞健康的狀態(tài),比如肥胖、高血壓、頸椎問題等,經(jīng)研究騎馬運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠很好的緩解這些癥狀,但是室外騎馬健身對(duì)大多數(shù)人來說不夠現(xiàn)實(shí),故而需要一款能夠仿生馬匹慢跑的室內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)器械,健身騎馬機(jī)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 本文中,健身馬的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是上屆師兄健身馬項(xiàng)目的延續(xù)。首先,通過查閱相關(guān)資料,在深入了解馬的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律、機(jī)構(gòu)組合以及機(jī)構(gòu)變異理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用對(duì)曲柄搖桿機(jī)構(gòu)和圓柱凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)組合進(jìn)行合理擬合的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)馬慢步行走時(shí)“V8”型運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的模擬。其中,由曲柄搖桿機(jī)構(gòu)變異得到的偏心軸機(jī)構(gòu)模擬馬的縱向“8”字形運(yùn)動(dòng),圓柱凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)模擬馬的橫向擺動(dòng)。然后,利用Pro/e軟件初步設(shè)計(jì)各零部件的三維模型,并在裝配后進(jìn)行了必要的動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真和穩(wěn)定性分析,而后根據(jù)所需提供的扭矩來選取了合適的直流電動(dòng)機(jī)。 接著,初步設(shè)計(jì)出控制系統(tǒng)的第一套方案并加以實(shí)施。該系統(tǒng)以AT89C52單片機(jī)為核心,并選取合適的PWM直流調(diào)速器以及信號(hào)隔離器來降低控制系統(tǒng)的誤差。該方案能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)健身馬運(yùn)行速度的調(diào)節(jié),但是卻不能顯示有負(fù)載時(shí)電機(jī)的實(shí)際運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度。因此,本文又進(jìn)一步推出了改進(jìn)版控制電路方案,增加了測速模塊,將LED顯示模塊更換為LCD顯示模塊,并利用Proteus與Keil C聯(lián)調(diào)進(jìn)行了電路仿真,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。在整個(gè)控制程序的設(shè)計(jì)中,均采用C語言,在Keil C軟件中進(jìn)行編輯完成。 最后為了豐富健身馬的娛樂功能,增添了MP3功能的設(shè)計(jì),使健身者在健身的同時(shí)也能享受到音樂帶來的快樂。最后為了使健身馬的功能多樣化,進(jìn)行了基于富士通MB9BF506芯片的嵌入式系統(tǒng)的探索。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, more and more people appeared in the sub-health state, such as obesity, hypertension, cervical problems, the study of horse sports can well alleviate the symptoms, but the outdoor riding fitness for most people is not realistic, and therefore need a indoor sports equipment bionic horse jogging the fitness riding machine came into being.
In this paper, the mechanism design is a continuation of the previous senior fitness horse horse fitness project. First of all, through access to relevant information, in-depth understanding of the movement of the horse, and the foundation of mechanism combination mechanism variation theory, using the method of reasonable fitting combination of crank rocker mechanism and cam mechanism, the horse slowly walk when the "V8" type motion simulation. The longitudinal "8" motion simulation of eccentric shaft horse mechanism obtained by variation of the crank rocker mechanism, horizontal swing simulation horse cylinder cam mechanism. Then, the three-dimensional model of parts preliminary design using Pro/ E software, and the dynamic simulation and stability analysis is necessary in the assembly, and then according to the required torque to select suitable DC motor.
Then, the first set of preliminary design of the control system is implemented. The system uses AT89C52 microcontroller as the core, and select the appropriate PWM DC converter and signal isolator to reduce the error of the control system. The scheme can realize the adjustment of the fitness horse running speed, but can not show the actual motor speed when loading therefore, this paper further introduced an improved version control circuit, increased speed module, LED display module to replace the LCD display module, and use Proteus and Keil C debugging of circuit simulation, to achieve the desired effect. In the design of the control program, using C language to edit in the Keil C software.
Finally, in order to enrich the entertainment function of the fitness horse, add the design of MP3 function, so that the fitness people can enjoy the happiness brought by the music while they are at the same time. Finally, in order to make the function of the fitness horse diversified, we have explored the embedded system based on Fujitsu MB9BF506 chip.
