【摘要】:變胞機(jī)構(gòu)是一種可變拓?fù)錁?gòu)型、變自由度的新型機(jī)構(gòu)。其變胞原理是通過設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的幾何參數(shù)、力約束以及構(gòu)件和運(yùn)動(dòng)副等約束相應(yīng)變胞副的運(yùn)動(dòng),改變機(jī)構(gòu)不同工作階段的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),以適應(yīng)不同的工況。隨著對(duì)變胞機(jī)構(gòu)理論研究的不斷深入,對(duì)變胞機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)際應(yīng)用的需求也在逐步提升,而現(xiàn)有的變胞機(jī)構(gòu)綜合理論僅僅可以滿足構(gòu)態(tài)變換的要求,不能保證構(gòu)態(tài)變換過程中構(gòu)型保持和運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)序的問題,因此本文提出面向變胞全過程的變胞機(jī)構(gòu)綜合理論。 本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)根據(jù)變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副約束形式的不同,對(duì)變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副進(jìn)行分類,并分別對(duì)每種類型變胞副的常用結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與分析,闡述其變胞過程及變胞原理;通過對(duì)變胞過程中變胞副阻力變化情況的分析,獲取不同類型變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的阻力變化線圖,從而歸納出變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的力特性變化規(guī)律。 (2)基于提出的調(diào)控變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副等效阻力梯度的變胞原理,運(yùn)用變胞機(jī)構(gòu)等效阻力梯度模型理論,建立了變胞機(jī)構(gòu)的構(gòu)態(tài)、變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的運(yùn)動(dòng)與其等效阻力梯度建立了對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,揭示了變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的等效阻力、約束特點(diǎn)、約束形式和結(jié)構(gòu)形式的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。 (3)根據(jù)變胞副組合的等效阻力梯度線圖,經(jīng)矩陣運(yùn)算得到2自由度變胞機(jī)構(gòu)中兩個(gè)變胞副進(jìn)行組合的所有情況和3自由度變胞機(jī)構(gòu)中三個(gè)變胞副進(jìn)行組合的所有情況;通過構(gòu)型綜合實(shí)例對(duì)2自由度變胞機(jī)構(gòu)的構(gòu)型綜合過程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的說(shuō)明。 (4)提出一種能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)變胞全過程的變胞機(jī)構(gòu)綜合的方法,同時(shí)闡述了變胞機(jī)構(gòu)綜合的主要過程和步驟;運(yùn)用本文所提出的變胞機(jī)構(gòu)綜合理論對(duì)物料運(yùn)輸機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行構(gòu)型綜合,驗(yàn)證了該理論的正確性和方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Metamorphic mechanism is a new mechanism with variable topological configuration and variable degree of freedom. With the development of the theory of metamorphic mechanism, the demand for practical application of metamorphic mechanism is gradually raised. However, the existing synthesis theory of metamorphic mechanism can only satisfy the requirements of structural transformation, and can not guarantee the problem of configuration preservation and motion timing in the process of structural transformation. Therefore, the synthesis theory of metamorphic mechanism for the whole process of metamorphic cell is proposed in this paper. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1.According to the different constraint forms of metamorphic pairs, the metamorphic pairs are classified, and the common structures of each type of metamorphic pairs are designed and analyzed respectively, and the metamorphosis process and the metamorphic principle of metamorphic pairs are expounded. Based on the analysis of resistance change of metamorphic pairs during metamorphosis, the resistance curves of different types of metamorphic pairs are obtained, and the changing law of force characteristics of metamorphic pairs is concluded. 2) based on the metamorphic principle of regulating the equivalent resistance gradient of metamorphic mechanism, the structure of metamorphic mechanism is established by using the theory of equivalent resistance gradient model of metamorphic mechanism. The relationship between the motion of the metamorphic pair and its equivalent resistance gradient is established. The internal relations of the equivalent resistance, the constraint characteristics, the constraint form and the structural form of the metamorphic pair are revealed. (3) according to the equivalent resistance gradient diagram of metamorphic sub-assembly. By matrix operation, all cases of two metamorphic pairs combined in 2-DOF metamorphic mechanism and the combination of three metamorphic pairs in 3-DOF metamorphic mechanism are obtained. The configuration synthesis process of a 2-DOF metamorphic mechanism is systematically explained by an example of configuration synthesis. (4) A method of metamorphic mechanism synthesis which can realize the whole process of metamorphic mechanism is put forward, and the main process and steps of metamorphic mechanism synthesis are expounded. By using the metamorphic mechanism synthesis theory proposed in this paper, the structure synthesis of material transportation mechanism is carried out, which verifies the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the method.
