【摘要】：結(jié)構(gòu)件由于具有強(qiáng)度高、重量輕、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定等獨(dú)特優(yōu)點(diǎn)，正在許多工業(yè)部門獲得廣泛的應(yīng)用。結(jié)構(gòu)件的定價(jià)是否合理，，不僅關(guān)系到客戶的切身利益，而且還關(guān)系到制造商的盈利水平、市場的競爭以及預(yù)定經(jīng)營目標(biāo)是否能夠順利實(shí)現(xiàn)等問題。 傳統(tǒng)的以經(jīng)驗(yàn)為主的估價(jià)方式估算出來的結(jié)果往往缺乏準(zhǔn)確性，而且依靠手工進(jìn)行價(jià)格預(yù)算步驟比較繁瑣。本文采用分項(xiàng)運(yùn)算方法對組成結(jié)構(gòu)件的材料分別進(jìn)行價(jià)格預(yù)算，最后對它們進(jìn)行匯總，得到結(jié)構(gòu)件的總體價(jià)格，這樣就將復(fù)雜的分析、計(jì)算工作用計(jì)算機(jī)程序來完成，減少了人為因素造成的隨意性、波動性，而且也保證了預(yù)算價(jià)格的準(zhǔn)確性。 本文對現(xiàn)今國內(nèi)外采用的報(bào)價(jià)方法和開發(fā)的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助價(jià)格預(yù)算軟件進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)，總結(jié)了現(xiàn)在常用的結(jié)構(gòu)件價(jià)格預(yù)算方法，提出了一種對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行價(jià)格預(yù)算的新方法，分析了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件的價(jià)格構(gòu)成，并對每項(xiàng)構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了分析，提出了各項(xiàng)的價(jià)格預(yù)算方法，建立了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件價(jià)格預(yù)算系統(tǒng)的模型，實(shí)現(xiàn)了VB.NET與Access數(shù)據(jù)庫間的連接，解決了AutoCAD和VB.NET之間的接口問題。并以Visual Basic.NET、Access2000為開發(fā)工具，結(jié)合AutoCAD2004，利用分項(xiàng)進(jìn)行價(jià)格預(yù)算的原理，結(jié)合二次開發(fā)技術(shù)，對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件價(jià)格預(yù)算系統(tǒng)軟件的開發(fā)進(jìn)行了研究，并建立了相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)庫，基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件價(jià)格預(yù)算系統(tǒng)中相關(guān)信息的數(shù)據(jù)庫的管理，使得數(shù)據(jù)庫的維護(hù)更加簡單、方便。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique advantages such as high strength, light weight, stable quality and so on, structural parts are widely used in many industrial sectors. Whether the pricing of structural parts is reasonable is not only related to the immediate interests of customers. It also concerns the profit level of the manufacturer, the competition of the market and whether the target can be realized smoothly. The results estimated by the traditional experiential valuation method often lack accuracy. And relying on manual price budgeting steps is more cumbersome. This paper uses the method of sub-calculation to make price estimates for the components of the material, and finally summarizes them to get the overall price of the structural parts. In this way, the complex analysis and calculation are done by computer program, which reduces the randomness and volatility caused by human factors, and ensures the accuracy of budget price. In this paper, the quotation method and the computer aided price budget software used at home and abroad are summarized, and the commonly used price budgeting methods for structural parts are summarized. A new method to estimate the price of steel structure is put forward, the price composition of steel structure is analyzed, each component is analyzed, and the price budget method of each item is put forward. The model of steel structure part price budget system is established, and the connection between VB.NET and Access database is realized. The interface between AutoCAD and VB.NET is solved, and Visual basic. Net access 2000 is used as the development tool. Combined with AutoCAD 2004, this paper studies the development of the software of price budget system for steel structural parts by using the principle of price budget by item and the technology of secondary development, and establishes the relevant database. The database management of the relevant information in the steel structure part price budget system is basically realized, which makes the maintenance of the database more simple and convenient.
