【摘要】:雙螺桿擠出機(jī)傳動(dòng)箱是動(dòng)力源與工作裝置之間的聯(lián)接部分,承受著較大的力的傳遞作用。箱體本身是整個(gè)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的主要承力部件,其工作環(huán)境比較惡劣。當(dāng)整個(gè)機(jī)器在工作過程中,傳動(dòng)箱體受力狀況非常復(fù)雜,傳動(dòng)箱內(nèi)部齒輪和軸承到較大沖擊,而這種沖擊力會(huì)直接傳遞到箱體上,若箱體的剛度不足,就會(huì)發(fā)生變形,加速零件的磨損,產(chǎn)生噪音,影響整體的安全性和使用壽命,所以傳動(dòng)箱箱體本身應(yīng)具有足夠的剛度和強(qiáng)度。 目前,利用有限元模態(tài)分析技術(shù)來預(yù)估機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性已成為有效途徑之一,同時(shí)利用現(xiàn)代結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化技術(shù)對(duì)傳動(dòng)箱在重量、變形、應(yīng)力等方面的優(yōu)化分析也正在日益普遍。這對(duì)提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低成本、縮短產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)周期都具有十分重要的意義。 本論文以南京某機(jī)械公司研制生產(chǎn)的雙螺桿擠出機(jī)的傳動(dòng)箱為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用有限元模態(tài)分析方法,對(duì)箱體的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)箱體做結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化分析設(shè)計(jì),力圖減少其設(shè)計(jì)中存在的缺陷,以期達(dá)到產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)要求。 根據(jù)雙螺桿擠出機(jī)箱體圖紙,利用Pro/E建立幾何模型,然后將模型導(dǎo)入ANSYS中進(jìn)行模型修正、網(wǎng)格劃分等處理。對(duì)傳動(dòng)箱體進(jìn)行有限元靜力學(xué)分析,校核了箱體的強(qiáng)度和剛度。對(duì)箱體進(jìn)行有限元模態(tài)分析,使用ANSYS Workbench計(jì)算得到箱體的前十二階自由模態(tài)和約束模態(tài)的固有頻率和振型,根據(jù)這些模態(tài)參數(shù)對(duì)箱體性能的影響,指出箱體結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)的方向。在前面進(jìn)行的有限元分析的基礎(chǔ)上,選取箱體結(jié)構(gòu)的幾個(gè)參數(shù)為變量進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,最后繪制出了箱體改進(jìn)后的三維圖。
[Abstract]:Double screw extruder gear box is connected between the power source and the working device of the transfer function under great stress. The box itself is the transmission system of the main load-bearing components, the working environment is bad. When the machine is in working process, transmission box stress state is very complex, and internal gear transmission bearing to a larger impact, and this impact will be directly transmitted to the case, if the lack of rigidity of the box, the deformation will occur, wear parts, acceleration noise, impact on the overall safety and service life, so the transmission box itself should have enough stiffness and strength.
At present, the analysis to estimate the dynamic characteristics of mechanical structure technology has become one of the effective ways for the use of the finite element modal, and the use of modern technology on the structure optimization of gear box in weight, deformation, stress and other aspects of the optimization analysis is increasingly common. To improve the product quality, reduce the cost, has very important significance to shorten the product the design cycle.
Double screw transmission box this paper takes Nanjing machinery company development and production of extrusion machine as the research object, using the finite element modal analysis method, the dynamic characteristics of the body are studied, based on structural optimization analysis and design of the box, try to reduce the defects existing in the design, in order to achieve the optimization of product design requirements.
According to the case of twin screw extruder using Pro/E drawing, establish geometry model, then the model correction model into ANSYS, mesh processing. Finite element static analysis of transmission box, check the strength and stiffness. The finite element modal analysis of the box, using ANSYS Workbench to calculate the box before twelve order free and constraint modal natural frequency and vibration mode, according to the influence of these parameters on the modal box performance, pointed out the direction of improvement. The structure of the finite element analysis in the front on several parameters selection box structure optimization analysis for the variables, finally draw the three-dimensional map improved.
