【摘要】:少齒數(shù)齒輪傳動(dòng)(小齒輪齒數(shù)z=2—10),單級傳動(dòng)比大、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕,作為漸開線齒輪傳動(dòng)的補(bǔ)充,特別適用于中小功率、結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸受限制、傳動(dòng)比大的場合。目前,國外在摩托車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)等產(chǎn)品中已有成熟的應(yīng)用,國內(nèi)在助力車、電動(dòng)自行車等領(lǐng)域也有應(yīng)用的嘗試。但少齒數(shù)齒輪傳動(dòng)的理論研究比較少,現(xiàn)有的設(shè)計(jì)資料幾乎沒有涉及齒數(shù)小于8的齒輪,也幾乎沒有對少齒數(shù)齒輪實(shí)體造型的研究,因而給少齒數(shù)齒輪傳動(dòng)的推廣應(yīng)用帶來了一定的困難。隨著近代工業(yè)對動(dòng)力齒輪傳動(dòng)小型化、高速化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化要求的提出,對少齒數(shù)漸開線齒輪傳動(dòng)的研究越來越有意義。 本文在齒廓嚙合基本定律及范成原理的基礎(chǔ)上對少齒數(shù)齒輪漸開線和過渡曲線方程的推導(dǎo)及參數(shù)的確定進(jìn)行了理論分析,應(yīng)用Pro/E軟件創(chuàng)建了精確的齒根過渡曲線,采用參數(shù)化建模方法建立了少齒數(shù)齒輪減速器的三維模型,并完成了裝配和運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。 在Pro/E建模的基礎(chǔ)上,論文采用ANSYS軟件對少齒數(shù)齒輪減速器主要零件進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度計(jì)算,并完成了少齒數(shù)齒輪減速器的固有頻率計(jì)算,對所設(shè)計(jì)的少齒數(shù)齒輪減速器的振動(dòng)情況進(jìn)行了分析。最后,論文采用多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化方法進(jìn)行了少齒數(shù)齒輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),并與前期設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,為少齒數(shù)齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算提供了合理化的建議。 論文采用Pro/E三維建模、有限元分析及多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)少齒數(shù)齒輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),能在加工之前發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷并優(yōu)化,對提高少齒數(shù)齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的壽命和可靠性,提高設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,降低設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用,縮短開發(fā)周期,具有一定的工程實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:A small number of teeth gear (pinion tooth number z=2 - 10), single stage transmission ratio, compact structure, light weight, as a supplement of involute gear transmission, especially suitable for small and medium power, restricted structure size, large transmission ratio occasions. At present, the existing foreign mature application in the motorcycle engine and other products in China, bikes can also be used to electric bicycles and other fields. But less theoretical research of less teeth gear design, the existing data involves almost no less than 8 of the number of teeth of gear, there is almost no research on few teeth gear solid modeling, and application of gear drive for less the tooth is difficult. With the development of modern industry of small power gear transmission, high speed, the requirement of the proposed standard, research on involute gear drive with small teeth more and more meaningful.
Based on the basic law of tooth profile meshing and generating are analyzed to determine the derivation and parameters of less teeth gear involute and transition curve equation on the basis of the principle, the application of Pro/E software to create a precise tooth root transition curve, the establishment of 3D model has less teeth gear reducer using parametric modeling method, and complete assembly and motion simulation.
Based on the Pro/E model, the main parts of a small number of teeth of gear strength calculation software ANSYS, the natural frequency and the completion of the small number of teeth of the gear reducer with small tooth number calculation, the number of gear vibration is analyzed. Finally, the multi-objective optimization design optimization of less teeth gear transmission mechanism, and compared with the results of the preliminary design, provide reasonable suggestions for the design of a small number of teeth of gear calculation.
This thesis adopts Pro/E 3D modeling, finite element analysis and multi-objective optimization design method of less teeth gear transmission mechanism, can find the design flaws and optimize before processing, to improve the system of less teeth gear life and reliability, improve design quality, reduce design cost, shorten the development cycle, has certain practical significance.
