【摘要】:循環(huán)激冷氣壓縮機(jī)在煤化工、化肥項(xiàng)目煤氣化裝置中屬于核心設(shè)備。作為煤頭裝置,其運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定與否直接影響著后續(xù)工藝流程的正常運(yùn)行和最終產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)。它所處裝置工藝流程復(fù)雜,氣體處理量大,入口溫度高,介質(zhì)混雜。以前煤氣化裝置多為進(jìn)口機(jī)組,長(zhǎng)期由美國(guó)、德國(guó)、日本三個(gè)國(guó)家廠商壟斷和控制。裝置中的循環(huán)激冷氣壓縮機(jī)及控制系統(tǒng)也屬國(guó)內(nèi)空白。近年來(lái),沈陽(yáng)鼓風(fēng)機(jī)集團(tuán)獨(dú)立開(kāi)發(fā)研制了循環(huán)激冷氣壓縮機(jī),屬于單級(jí)懸臂式離心壓縮機(jī),其效率和性能均達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平,使沈鼓成為世界上僅有的幾家能夠制造此類壓縮機(jī)的制造商之一。并以其良好的性能和價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì)打開(kāi)國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)。對(duì)此種壓縮機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)也從無(wú)到有,并逐步完善優(yōu)化。為推廣國(guó)產(chǎn)化產(chǎn)品并同時(shí)保證壓縮機(jī)組乃至整個(gè)裝置工藝流程平穩(wěn)安全可靠運(yùn)行。研制開(kāi)發(fā)一套功能強(qiáng)大、性能優(yōu)良的壓縮機(jī)組監(jiān)測(cè)、保護(hù)、控制系統(tǒng)又顯得至關(guān)重要。 本課題是結(jié)合我們?yōu)樵侥蠂?guó)家化學(xué)總公司煤頭化肥項(xiàng)目中提供的循環(huán)激冷氣壓縮機(jī)組,而設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)研制的壓縮機(jī)組監(jiān)測(cè)、控制、保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。 越南化肥項(xiàng)目是世界上第一套集干煤粉氣化、變換、凈化、氨合成和尿素合成于一體的大型化肥生產(chǎn)聯(lián)合裝置,屬于越南國(guó)家重點(diǎn)建設(shè)工程。這一工程要求采用全球一流技術(shù),符合國(guó)際通行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。相比同類國(guó)際大型化肥項(xiàng)目,越南化肥項(xiàng)目規(guī)模之大和技術(shù)之復(fù)雜較為罕見(jiàn)。 鑒于上述壓縮機(jī)在整個(gè)系統(tǒng)裝置中的重要作用及其控制系統(tǒng)所具有復(fù)雜性和專業(yè)性。通過(guò)查閱煤氣化裝置及循環(huán)激冷氣壓縮機(jī)的工作原理資料、相關(guān)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并與設(shè)計(jì)院用戶項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)工程師進(jìn)行充分交流,全面分析和掌握了大化肥項(xiàng)目煤氣化生產(chǎn)裝置上的工藝流程及對(duì)循環(huán)激冷氣壓縮機(jī)機(jī)組的控制要求,建立可行、可靠、實(shí)用的控制方案。有針對(duì)性地優(yōu)化防喘振和汽輪機(jī)調(diào)速技術(shù),應(yīng)用到循環(huán)激冷氣壓縮機(jī)組上。此項(xiàng)目采用具有世界先進(jìn)水平的三重化冗余機(jī)組綜合控制系統(tǒng),來(lái)完成對(duì)壓縮機(jī)、汽輪機(jī)、潤(rùn)滑油站等設(shè)備的監(jiān)測(cè)、控制和保護(hù)。它克服了以往小型控制系統(tǒng)和分散控制系統(tǒng)的缺點(diǎn),把機(jī)組的各個(gè)控制部分,包括:機(jī)組聯(lián)鎖ESD、SOE事件順序記錄、機(jī)組防喘振控制、調(diào)速控制和軸振動(dòng)位移故障診斷功能等完美地結(jié)合在一起,集成為一套機(jī)組綜合控制系統(tǒng)。 隨著國(guó)產(chǎn)化產(chǎn)品的不斷推廣應(yīng)用,不僅可為我國(guó)節(jié)約同時(shí)創(chuàng)造大量外匯,還將打破國(guó)外在該領(lǐng)域技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品的長(zhǎng)期壟斷,保持我國(guó)循環(huán)激冷氣壓縮機(jī)組技術(shù)與國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平同步,進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)贏得更大發(fā)展的空間。具有深遠(yuǎn)的政治意義和社會(huì)影響。
[Abstract]:Machine in coal chemical recycling cooling gas compressor, the core equipment belongs to the coal gasification plant fertilizer project. As the coal head device, its operation is stable or not directly affects the normal operation of the follow-up process and the production of the final product. The device has complicated process, gas processing capacity, high entrance temperature, mixed media before coal gasification device for imported units, long-term by the United States, Germany, Japan, the three countries monopoly and control. It is the domestic blank circulation chilled air pressure device of compressor and control system. In recent years, Shenyang blower group independently developed circulating chilled air compressor, which belongs to the centrifugal the compressor, its efficiency and performance have reached the international advanced level, the Shenyang Blower has become one of the world's only few manufacturers to manufacture such compressor. And with its good performance and price advantage to play first Inside and outside the market. A compressor control system developed from scratch and gradually improve the optimization. In this regard, for the promotion of domestic products and ensure the smooth and safe and reliable operation of the process unit and the compression device. The development of a powerful, excellent performance of compressor monitoring, protection and control system is crucial.
This project is designed and developed for monitoring, control and protection system of compressor unit, which is combined with the chilling compressor used in the coal head fertilizer project of Vietnam National Chemical General Corporation.
Vietnam fertilizer project is the world's first set of dry pulverized coal gasification, transformation, purification, synthesis of ammonia and urea in one large chemical fertilizer production unit, belonging to the Vietnam national key construction project. This project requires a global first-class technology, in line with international standards. Compared to similar international large chemical fertilizer project, Vietnam fertilizer project scale large and complex technology is rare.
In view of the compressor in the whole system and the important role of the control system is complicated and professional. Through the principle of access to coal gasification device and circulating chilled air compressor, the relevant international standards, and is responsible for the engineers in the full communication with the user project design institute, a comprehensive analysis and grasp of the control process of gas production equipment of large chemical fertilizer projects and on circulating chilled air compressor units, establish feasible, reliable and practical control scheme. Targeted optimization and anti surge control technology applied to the steam turbine, compressor cycle air conditioning. This project adopts the comprehensive excitation control system of three heavy redundant units with the world the advanced level, to the completion of the compressor, turbine, lubricating oil monitoring stations and other equipment, control and protection. It overcomes the small control system and distributed control system The shortcomings of the system include the following parts: unit interlocking ESD, SOE event sequence record, unit anti surge control, speed control and shaft vibration displacement fault diagnosis function. It is integrated into a set of integrated control system.
