【摘要】:機(jī)械設(shè)備的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行是確保生產(chǎn)正常進(jìn)行的先決條件。因此,準(zhǔn)確把握機(jī)械設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并排除設(shè)備故障對(duì)生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行有重大意義。當(dāng)前,,機(jī)械振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析已成為判斷機(jī)械設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的主要方法之一。并且,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的日益成熟,基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)研究不斷深入,在資源共享、遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)方面優(yōu)勢(shì)突出。為此,本文設(shè)計(jì)一種基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的機(jī)械振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析系統(tǒng)用于判斷機(jī)械設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。該系統(tǒng)硬件部分采用網(wǎng)口數(shù)據(jù)采集卡進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,軟件部分以C++Builder2007為平臺(tái)進(jìn)行軟件開(kāi)發(fā);诰W(wǎng)絡(luò)的機(jī)械振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析系統(tǒng)包含振動(dòng)信號(hào)采集、振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析、轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡三個(gè)模塊。其中,振動(dòng)信號(hào)采集模塊包括:普通采集、定時(shí)采集、定轉(zhuǎn)速采集三種采集方式。振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析模塊可對(duì)振動(dòng)信號(hào)進(jìn)行離線分析,包括:時(shí)域分析、頻域分析、軸心軌跡分析。轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡模塊包括:?jiǎn)纹矫鎰?dòng)平衡、雙平面動(dòng)平衡、諧分量法動(dòng)平衡。以上三種動(dòng)平衡方法均采用相位差頻譜校正法獲得轉(zhuǎn)子工頻振動(dòng)的幅值和相位,提高了所得工頻振動(dòng)幅值和相位的精度。 通過(guò)實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)采集,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)采集模塊的準(zhǔn)確性。通過(guò)對(duì)不平衡故障信號(hào)、油膜渦動(dòng)故障信號(hào)、轉(zhuǎn)子升降速過(guò)程振動(dòng)信號(hào)以及滾動(dòng)軸承故障信號(hào)的分析,驗(yàn)證了振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析模塊的正確性。利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)平衡模塊對(duì)不平衡轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行了動(dòng)平衡,得到了良好的平衡效果。系統(tǒng)具有良好地?cái)U(kuò)展性,可通過(guò)組合方式構(gòu)成振動(dòng)信號(hào)采集網(wǎng)絡(luò)。本文的研究在機(jī)械設(shè)備振動(dòng)信號(hào)的遠(yuǎn)程采集、分析以及轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡等方面具有良好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The safe and stable operation of machinery and equipment is a prerequisite to ensure the normal production. Therefore, accurately grasp the running state of mechanical equipment, timely detection and elimination of equipment fault is of great significance for the smooth production. At present, mechanical vibration signal analysis has become one of the main methods of mechanical equipment running status judgment. And, as the network technology the increasingly mature, research on equipment state monitoring system based on network development, in the sharing of resources, highlighting the advantages of remote monitoring. Therefore, this paper designs a method for judging the running state of machine mechanical vibration signal analysis system based on network. The hardware of the system adopts network data acquisition card data acquisition software to C++Builder2007 as a platform for software development. The mechanical vibration signal analysis of the network system includes a vibration signal acquisition based on vibration signal points Analysis of rotor dynamic balance of three modules. The vibration signal acquisition module includes: ordinary acquisition, timing acquisition, constant speed acquisition three acquisition mode. The vibration signal analysis module for off-line analysis, including: the vibration signal time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, orbit analysis. The rotor balancing module includes: single plane dynamic double plane balance, dynamic balance, dynamic balance harmonic component method. The above three kinds of dynamic balance method using phase difference spectrum correction method for the amplitude and phase frequency vibration of rotor, improve the income of power frequency vibration amplitude and phase accuracy.
Through the actual data acquisition system, to verify the accuracy of acquisition module. Based on the unbalanced fault signal, oil whirl fault signal, the speed of the rotor vibration signal analysis and fault signal of rolling bearing, verify the correctness of the vibration signal analysis module. The module system of dynamic balancing of the rotor unbalance of dynamic balance and get good performance. The system has good scalability, can form a network through a combination of vibration signal acquisition. This research in the remote acquisition of vibration signal of mechanical device, has good application value analysis and rotor dynamic balance.
