【摘要】:Z箍縮實(shí)驗(yàn)滯止后期負(fù)載產(chǎn)生的微小碎片及其他飛濺物質(zhì)會(huì)污染Z箍縮診斷系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的光學(xué)器件,本文研制了一種基于電磁感應(yīng)原理的快閥,其可用于遮斷微小碎片及其他飛濺物質(zhì)。根據(jù)能量守恒和電路方程,計(jì)算了快閥的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度、遮斷時(shí)間及線圈放電電流等參數(shù),并利用實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量獲得快閥運(yùn)動(dòng)速度為19m/s,遮斷時(shí)刻時(shí)間抖動(dòng)為85μs,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量與計(jì)算結(jié)果較為吻合。
[Abstract]:Small fragments of Z pinch experiment late stagnation generated by the load and other flying objects will pollute the Z pinch optics diagnosis system, this paper developed a fast valve based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, which can be used for blocking debris and other flying objects. According to the energy conservation and the circuit equations, parameters of motion speed, fast valve shutoff time and coil discharge current was calculated, and the experimental measurements obtained fast valve movement speed is 19m/s, interrupting time jitter is 85 s, the experimental measurement and calculation results are consistent.
