基于DSP技術(shù)的數(shù)字漏水檢測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

[Abstract]:The leakage of water supply network wastes a lot of water resources, which not only results in waste of resources and economic losses, but also brings some secondary disasters. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the leakage detection of pipe network and reduce the leakage rate of system pipe network by using new technology and equipment to locate the leakage point in time and accurately. The acquisition and analysis of leaky sound signal is an effective method for leakage detection. In this paper, the acquisition and amplification of leaky sound signal and the realization of digital filtering are studied, and how to use DSP technology to digitize the leaky sound signal is emphasized, and then a digital leakage detection system based on DSP is realized. In this paper, the cause of formation of leakage sound signal is described, and its characteristics are deeply analyzed, and then the design of leakage detection system with DSP as the core of the system is put forward, and its working principle and realization method are discussed. The design of each hardware module of the system is further described. DSP and MCU dual engine dsPIC30F6014 are selected as processing chips on the hardware platform to design the hardware circuit. According to the requirements of the system, the peripheral circuits are designed, including power supply circuit, clock circuit, A / D audio data acquisition circuit, LCD display output circuit and audio coding and decoding module circuit. Finally, the hardware circuit design of DSP digital leakage detection system is completed. In the aspect of software programming, this paper expounds in detail the algorithm of fast Fourier transform (FFT) and the design of digital filter, and embeds it into DSP chip to process the leakage sound signal digitally. The main program of digital leakage detection system adopts graphic SIMULNIK environment design to establish processing model, and using SIMULNIK to develop products is much more convenient and faster than programming directly in MPLABIDE, and can improve efficiency. Shorten the development cycle. First, the simulation is carried out through SIMULNIK platform, and then the design model is transformed into C30 source file by using DSP toolbox, which is compiled in MPLABIDE, and then the target file is generated and downloaded to the target board to complete the system design. Finally, through the design and implementation of software and hardware, the digital leakage detection system meets the design requirements of accurate positioning of leakage pipeline, and realizes the design goal. On the premise of existing technology and theory, this paper focuses on the research and development of specific applications, and has achieved some results. The completion of this subject provides a theoretical and technical basis for leak detection and detection, and has a wide range of practical application value.
