基于ATMega128的智能坐便器設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and application of embedded technology, embedded system is constantly integrated into the field of household sanitary ware, forming a lot of intelligent and convenient products. Among them, intelligent toilet is a typical sanitary ware product with embedded technology. At present, intelligent toilet on the market functions complex, expensive, difficult to be accepted by ordinary consumers. Based on this situation, on the basis of analyzing the functional practicability of the intelligent toilet, this paper uses the ATMega128 of ATMEL Company as the core processing chip of the main computer control system of the intelligent toilet. A prototype of intelligent toilet is designed and implemented by using ARM9 S3C2410A of SAMSUNG Company as the core processing chip of infrared remote control system of intelligent toilet. The main research and development work are as follows: on the basis of full investigation on the existing smart toilet in the market and in-depth communication with the relevant manufacturers and users, the functions of the intelligent toilet prototype to be developed have been determined. Aiming at the functional requirements, the main computer system and remote control system of intelligent toilet are designed. Based on ATMega128 processor, the design and implementation of host hardware and the development of host control software are completed. The angle sensor combined with closed-loop control technology is used to realize the dynamic protection function in the process of flip / loop of intelligent toilet, so as to prevent the damage of motor or cover caused by abnormal blocking. Based on the S3C2410A processor, the hardware design and implementation of the remote controller are completed, and the development of the software of the remote controller and the realization of the MP4 function in the remote controller are completed. The software and hardware anti-jamming technology and low-power design method are used to optimize the intelligent toilet system as a whole. Through the user test, the results show that the designed intelligent toilet meets the actual needs of ordinary users in the system function, and the dynamic protection function in the process of flipping / circling basically reaches the design goal. The optimization method is used to improve the performance and stability of the system.
