【摘要】：數(shù)字系統(tǒng)設計和信號完整性工程師面對25Gbps信號傳輸挑戰(zhàn)時,必須重視差分對內偏斜這個關鍵問題。先介紹差分對內偏斜產生的原因,然后從時域、頻域分析了差分對內偏斜對25Gbps背板信號完整性的影響,通過基于測試的通道仿真估算25Gbps信號傳輸?shù)牟罘謱绕比菹?最后,提出了減少差分對內偏斜的工程處理方法。
[Abstract]:When digital system design and signal integrity engineer face the challenge of 25Gbps signal transmission, we must pay attention to the key problem of differential bias. Firstly, the causes of differential internal bias are introduced, then the influence of differential internal deviation on the integrity of 25Gbps backplane signal is analyzed from time domain and frequency domain. The differential tolerance of 25Gbps signal transmission is estimated by channel simulation based on test. Finally, the engineering treatment method to reduce the difference deviation is proposed.
