電子花樣機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電子花樣機(jī)是采用嵌入式系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的新一代智能縫制設(shè)備具有縫制速度快,效率高,縫制質(zhì)量好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),目前在箱包縫制行業(yè)有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文分析了電子花樣機(jī)的工作原理和目前控制系統(tǒng)的基本形式,確定了電子花樣機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案。本控制系統(tǒng)使用了上位機(jī)與下位機(jī)相結(jié)合的架構(gòu)形式,上位機(jī)使用了嵌入式PC主板和LCD觸摸屏,下位機(jī)使用了運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡。本文完成了下位運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡的硬軟件設(shè)計(jì)和花樣圖形處理算法的設(shè)計(jì)。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡主要由微處理器STM32F103ZC和專用運(yùn)動(dòng)控制芯片PCL6045B組成。在硬件方面,,介紹了電源模塊、串口通信電路、CAN通訊電路、JTAG電路的設(shè)計(jì)方法。在軟件方面,本文根據(jù)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法將程序劃分為一個(gè)個(gè)功能模塊,詳細(xì)介紹了指令接收與解釋模塊、指令執(zhí)行模塊、狀態(tài)檢測(cè)模塊等的設(shè)計(jì)方法,最后介紹了抗干擾措施。 本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的花樣文件存儲(chǔ)格式HGC用于存儲(chǔ)花樣信息,介紹了DXF圖形文件格式轉(zhuǎn)換為HGC花樣文件格式的方法。最后完成了花樣圖形算法的設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)介紹了直線、圓、人字縫、花樣縮放和花樣旋轉(zhuǎn)算法的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Electronic pattern machine is a new generation of intelligent sewing equipment with embedded system technology, which has the advantages of fast sewing speed, high efficiency, good sewing quality and so on. It has been widely used in the sewing industry of luggage and bags at present. In this paper, the working principle of the electronic pattern prototype and the basic form of the current control system are analyzed, and the overall design scheme of the control system of the electronic pattern prototype is determined. This control system uses the architecture of upper computer and lower computer, the upper computer uses embedded PC motherboard and LCD touch screen, and the lower computer uses motion control card. In this paper, the hardware and software design of the lower motion control card and the algorithm of pattern processing are completed. The motion control card designed in this paper is mainly composed of microprocessor STM32F103ZC and special motion control chip PCL6045B. In the aspect of hardware, the design methods of power module, serial communication circuit, CAN communication circuit and JTAG circuit are introduced. In the aspect of software, according to the modular design method, the program is divided into functional modules, and the design methods of instruction receiving and interpreting module, instruction execution module and state detection module are introduced in detail. Finally, the anti-jamming measures are introduced. In this paper, a new pattern file storage format, HGC, is designed to store pattern information. The method of converting DXF graphic file format to HGC pattern file format is introduced. Finally, the design of pattern graph algorithm is completed, and the realization of straight line, circle, herringbone seam, pattern scaling and pattern rotation algorithm is introduced in detail.
