基于UHF RFID的服務器產品質量追蹤系統(tǒng)的研究
[Abstract]:When there is a quality problem in the server product, the traditional quality tracking method is the reason of querying the quality problem through the information recorded by the staff in each link, but this quality tracking method can no longer satisfy the users. Requirements of sellers and producers for quick resolution of server quality problems. Based on the above situation, this system adopts the method of server quality tracking based on UHF RFID technology, and focuses on the key technologies of information collection, data analysis and contrast, and tracing function interface of the traceability system. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) aiming at the problems of high error rate of traditional manual detection, unable to query quickly, difficult to trace back, and unable to monitor the quality of components through the shell of server, etc. The requirement analysis and project planning of the server product tracking system are carried out, and the argument of combining quality tracking with quality backtracking is put forward, and the important node of the server quality tracking process is reasonably arranged by using UHF RFID technology. In these nodes, the RFID reader is set up and the quality judgment condition is written in the reader, which realizes the real-time, accurate and comprehensive collection of the whole life cycle information of the server. (2) according to the requirement of quick judgment of traceability result, the system optimizes the design of database according to the function of traceability system. Using MySQL to establish the traceability database and the standard database to analyze the collected data, the data processing and the result analysis of the traceability information can be carried out quickly. (3) in view of the manufacturer's request to the traceability system, considering the need for friendly interpersonal interface to query the traceability result, the application interface and function of the system are designed and analyzed by using SWT toolbox in Eclipse development environment. At the same time, the interface shows the information of each stage and the results of the traceability analysis. Through the test and verification of the system, the system can realize the overall collection and automatic identification of the quality data, and monitor the quality information in the whole life cycle process of the server in real time and accurately. It can also analyze the causes of quality problems to ensure the next step of normal operation, which has certain practical value.
