【摘要】：1999年誕生了開放教育,一種現(xiàn)代遠程教育方式,實現(xiàn)了終身教育價值理念的新型人才培養(yǎng)模式;2006年谷歌正式提出"云計算"概念,具有規(guī)模大、可靠性高、可擴展性高、價格低廉等特點。2012年組建了國家開放大學,多年來一直致力于開放式教育模式的研究。近幾年,基于云計算的開放教育是隨著無線通信技術(shù)進入4G時代,智能終端的飛速發(fā)展,新型的計算技術(shù)"云計算"的應用為開放教育提供了更廣闊的前景。
[Abstract]:In 1999, open education was born, a modern distance education method, which realized the new talent training mode of life-long education value concept. In 2006, Google formally put forward the concept of "cloud computing", which has large scale, high reliability and high scalability. The National Open University was founded in 2012 and has been working on the open education model for many years. In recent years, the open education based on cloud computing is the rapid development of intelligent terminal with the wireless communication technology entering 4G era. The application of new computing technology "cloud computing" provides a broader prospect for open education.
