F公司CPU連接器移轉(zhuǎn)知識(shí)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文以F公司CPU連接器從臺(tái)北實(shí)驗(yàn)室小量制樣向大陸規(guī)模化量產(chǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)為研究背景,在國(guó)內(nèi)外前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)CPU連接器移轉(zhuǎn)活動(dòng)存在之問題點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究并深入分析,找到問題的根因,應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理理論及相關(guān)知識(shí)管理理論,建立了一套具有F公司特色的、面向CPU連接器或者其他產(chǎn)品移轉(zhuǎn)之高效率、低成本移轉(zhuǎn)模式。 研究主要應(yīng)用的理論有項(xiàng)目管理、微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、流程再造、6sigma、隱性技術(shù)知識(shí)。以上理論均基于產(chǎn)品移轉(zhuǎn)的活動(dòng)屬性。由于產(chǎn)品移轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)際上為一項(xiàng)企業(yè)活動(dòng),并且是產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的重要組成階段,所以其可以應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理理論。企業(yè)的目標(biāo)是活動(dòng)發(fā)生后必須盈利、有利可圖,所以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)觀念可以應(yīng)用到移轉(zhuǎn)活動(dòng)。任何企業(yè)均有自己的活動(dòng)流程,且移轉(zhuǎn)本身就涉及到活動(dòng)順序、時(shí)間,故為提高活動(dòng)的效率,流程優(yōu)化應(yīng)用必不可少。任何企業(yè)的運(yùn)作均存在自身長(zhǎng)期困擾的問題,解決問題方法選擇的是否恰當(dāng)直接影響問題處理的效果,目前解決問題最有效、最系統(tǒng)的方法為6sigma莫屬。對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來講,做好顯性知識(shí)的管理的同時(shí),也要考慮到隱性知識(shí)的管理,因?yàn)樗瞧髽I(yè)生存的附加值,可為企業(yè)提供額外價(jià)值-核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 首先,本論文對(duì)相關(guān)概念、選題背景及意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容、方法及框架做簡(jiǎn)單闡述,以便讀者對(duì)此陌生選題先有一個(gè)初步且整體上的了解,跟隨筆者之研究思維。 其次,筆者收集并整理了眾多與選題相關(guān)的知識(shí)理論,為后續(xù)的知識(shí)研究打下理論基礎(chǔ)。 接著,以F公司CPU連接器移轉(zhuǎn)活動(dòng)為背景,以其目前存在之問題為研究對(duì)象,應(yīng)用特性要因法、樹圖展開法對(duì)其進(jìn)行細(xì)致原因分析并及時(shí)給出對(duì)策。 第四章,以前章分析結(jié)論優(yōu)化移轉(zhuǎn)活動(dòng)流程,以項(xiàng)目管理體系為框架,應(yīng)用知識(shí)管理將整個(gè)活動(dòng)有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,建立起了一套具有F公司移轉(zhuǎn)特色的知識(shí)管理體系。選擇一款CPU連接器移轉(zhuǎn)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究成果檢驗(yàn),通過實(shí)際確認(rèn)效果,成果顯著。 最后,一方面對(duì)本論文研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),,另一方面對(duì)后續(xù)持續(xù)研究提出期望,希望后來研究學(xué)者能夠在此領(lǐng)域繼續(xù)專研,做出新的貢獻(xiàn),更希望后續(xù)的研究學(xué)者們能夠?qū)⒋祟}目繼續(xù)挖掘研究、持續(xù)完善,最終將此真空地帶徹底填補(bǔ),建立出一套更完整的、更有價(jià)值的知識(shí)理論。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the research background of F company CPU connector from small sample making in Taipei laboratory to large-scale production in mainland, on the basis of previous research results at home and abroad, the problems existing in CPU connector transfer activities are studied and analyzed in depth. In order to find the root cause of the problem and apply the project management theory and the related knowledge management theory, a set of efficient and low-cost transfer modes for CPU connectors or other products are established with the characteristics of F Company. The main applied theories are project management, microeconomics, process reengineering and tacit technical knowledge. The above theories are based on the active attributes of product transfer. Because the product transfer is actually an enterprise activity and is an important component stage of product development, it can apply the project management theory. The goal of an enterprise is that it must be profitable and profitable, so the concept of economics can be applied to transfer activities. Any enterprise has its own activity process, and the transfer itself involves the sequence of activities, time, so in order to improve the efficiency of activities, process optimization application is essential. The operation of any enterprise has its own problems for a long time. The choice of problem solving method directly affects the effect of problem handling. At present, 6sigma is the most effective and systematic method to solve the problem. For an enterprise, the management of explicit knowledge should be taken into account at the same time, because it is the added value of the survival of the enterprise, and can provide additional value-core competitiveness for the enterprise. First of all, this paper gives a brief description of the related concepts, background and significance of the topic, research content, methods and framework, so that readers can first have a preliminary and overall understanding of this unfamiliar topic and follow the author's research thinking. Secondly, the author collects and arranges many knowledge theories related to the topic, which lays a theoretical foundation for further knowledge research. Then, taking the CPU connector transfer activity of F Company as the background, taking its existing problems as the research object, applying the characteristic factor method and the tree diagram expansion method, the detailed cause analysis is carried out and the countermeasures are given in time. In the fourth chapter, the conclusion of the previous chapter is to optimize the flow of transfer activities. Taking the project management system as the framework, the whole activity is organically integrated with knowledge management, and a set of knowledge management system with the transferring characteristics of company F is established. Select a CPU connector transfer activity to test the research results, through the actual validation results, the results are significant. Finally, on the one hand, it summarizes the research results of this paper, on the other hand, it puts forward the expectation to the follow-up continuous research, hoping that later research scholars can continue to specialize in this field and make new contributions. It is hoped that the following researchers will continue to dig and study this subject and continue to perfect it, finally fill in the vacuum and establish a more complete and valuable theory of knowledge.
