【摘要】：為了滿足心臟病患者日益增長(zhǎng)的心電監(jiān)護(hù)需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種可穿戴式的心電監(jiān)護(hù)設(shè)備來(lái)滿足患者日常生活的心電監(jiān)護(hù)功能。設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)包括硬件和軟件2部分,硬件方面采用柔性織物電極、AD8232芯片和STM32微控制器實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)心電信號(hào)的采集、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換和傳輸功能;軟件方面借用小波變換在心電信號(hào)去噪和識(shí)別方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),獲得清晰的心電信號(hào)和心率,并實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)癥狀的初步診斷;最后設(shè)計(jì)了基于LabVIEW平臺(tái)的友好人機(jī)交互界面,可以直觀、清楚的顯示心電信號(hào)的實(shí)時(shí)波形,當(dāng)前患者的R-R間期和心率參數(shù)。利用本設(shè)備對(duì)幾位志愿者進(jìn)行測(cè)試,得到了良好的結(jié)果,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)患者日常心電監(jiān)護(hù)。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the increasing demand of ECG monitoring for patients with heart disease, a wearable ECG monitoring device was designed to meet the needs of ECG monitoring in patients' daily life. The equipment design includes two parts: hardware and software. In hardware, AD8232 chip of flexible fabric electrode and STM32 microcontroller are used to realize the acquisition and transmission function of ECG signal. The software uses the advantages of wavelet transform in ECG signal denoising and recognition, obtains clear ECG and heart rate, and realizes the initial diagnosis of symptoms. Finally, a friendly human-computer interface based on LabVIEW is designed, which can be intuitionistic. Clearly display real-time ECG waveforms, R-R intervals and heart rate parameters of current patients. Several volunteers were tested with this equipment, and good results were obtained, which can realize the daily ECG monitoring of patients.
