云計(jì)算中SLA管理框架研究

【摘要】:在計(jì)算機(jī)軟硬技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展下,計(jì)算模型進(jìn)行了不斷演化,繼分布式計(jì)算、并行計(jì)算和網(wǎng)格計(jì)算等模型之后,計(jì)算機(jī)工業(yè)界與學(xué)術(shù)界提出了云計(jì)算模型。它是一個(gè)革命性的舉措,意味著計(jì)算能力也可以作為一種商品進(jìn)行流通,就像煤氣、水電一樣,取用方便,費(fèi)用低廉。不同之處在于它通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將超大規(guī)模的計(jì)算存儲(chǔ)資源整合起來,形成一個(gè)虛擬的計(jì)算資源池,并以服務(wù)的形式按需提供給用戶。云計(jì)算帶來的服務(wù)整合與按需供給能夠顯著提高計(jì)算資源的利用率,降低資源的能耗量,并且有效屏蔽計(jì)算資源的出錯(cuò)問題。 由于云計(jì)算環(huán)境中存在著一系列隱患,如可用性和性能保障,安全性,隱私等等,如何保證云提供商所提供服務(wù)質(zhì)量滿足云消費(fèi)者的需求是目前云計(jì)算面臨的一個(gè)重要問題。服務(wù)等級(jí)協(xié)議(Service Level Agreement,SLA)將成為確保服務(wù)提供商和服務(wù)消費(fèi)者雙方利益得到保證一個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素。本文結(jié)合云計(jì)算環(huán)境,提出了一種云計(jì)算中SLA管理框架。主要工作分為以下四個(gè)方面: 首先,本文歸納了云計(jì)算領(lǐng)域當(dāng)前的現(xiàn)狀,分析了云計(jì)算與SLA結(jié)合的重要性和必然趨勢(shì),提出了云計(jì)算中SLA管理框架。 其次,分析了云服務(wù)消費(fèi)者和云服務(wù)提供商之間的SLA的協(xié)商生成過程,將該過程分成SLA預(yù)協(xié)商和SLA協(xié)商兩個(gè)階段,分別采用預(yù)協(xié)商文檔和SLA協(xié)商模板來進(jìn)行協(xié)商,提高了SLA協(xié)商的效率。 然后,,提出了云計(jì)算中資源度量到SLA參數(shù)度量的映射結(jié)構(gòu),并為了預(yù)防SLA違例,設(shè)計(jì)了基于CBR的QoS知識(shí)庫(kù),儲(chǔ)存SLA違例數(shù)據(jù)以及與其關(guān)聯(lián)的解決方案,采用已有案例的解決方案來預(yù)防SLA違例。 最后,在Hadoop平臺(tái)上,部署實(shí)現(xiàn)了云計(jì)算環(huán)境中SLA管理框架原型系統(tǒng),并將軟件可信評(píng)估應(yīng)用其中,驗(yàn)證該框架方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer soft and hard technology, computing models have been evolving. After distributed computing, parallel computing and grid computing, cloud computing models have been proposed by computer industry and academia. It is a revolutionary move, meaning that computing power can also be circulated as a commodity, as easy to access and inexpensive as gas and hydropower. The difference is that it integrates large scale computing storage resources through the Internet, forms a virtual computing resource pool, and provides it to users on demand in the form of services. The service integration and on-demand supply brought by cloud computing can significantly improve the utilization of computing resources, reduce the energy consumption of resources, and effectively shield the error problem of computing resources. Due to a series of hidden dangers in cloud computing environment, such as availability and performance guarantee, security, privacy and so on, how to ensure the quality of service provided by cloud providers to meet the needs of cloud consumers is an important problem cloud computing is facing. Service level agreements (SLAs) will be a key factor to ensure that the interests of both service providers and service consumers are guaranteed. Combined with cloud computing environment, this paper proposes a SLA management framework in cloud computing. The main work is divided into the following four aspects: firstly, this paper summarizes the current situation of cloud computing, analyzes the importance and inevitable trend of the combination of cloud computing and SLA, and puts forward the SLA management framework in cloud computing. Secondly, the negotiation generation process between cloud service consumers and cloud service providers is analyzed. The process is divided into two stages: SLA pre-negotiation and SLA negotiation, which are negotiated by pre-negotiation document and SLA negotiation template, respectively. It improves the efficiency of SLA negotiation. Then, the mapping structure from resource metrics to SLA parameter metrics in cloud computing is proposed. In order to prevent SLA violations, a CBR-based QoS knowledge base is designed to store SLA violation data and its associated solutions. Use existing case-based solutions to prevent SLA violations. Finally, the SLA management framework prototype system in cloud computing environment is implemented on Hadoop platform, and the software trusted evaluation is applied to verify the feasibility of the framework.
