基于單片機(jī)的電路信息實(shí)時(shí)采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了提高電路信息實(shí)時(shí)采集的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性,提出基于STC89C52單片機(jī)的電路信息實(shí)時(shí)采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法。構(gòu)造電路信息實(shí)時(shí)采集系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)模型,系統(tǒng)分為繼電器模塊、單片機(jī)控制模塊、A/D采樣電路模塊、輸出接口模塊等。采用UART循環(huán)堆?刂品椒ㄟM(jìn)行信號(hào)采樣值幅度調(diào)整,對(duì)采集的實(shí)時(shí)信號(hào)通過放大濾波器輸出至A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器,采用單片機(jī)進(jìn)行壓控放大控制,輸出高、低電壓至繼電器,實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)采集信號(hào)的存儲(chǔ)和放大輸出。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,信息實(shí)時(shí)采集系統(tǒng)具有較高的信號(hào)輸出放大增益,信號(hào)輸出的收斂性較好。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the stability and reliability of circuit information real-time acquisition, a design method of circuit information real-time acquisition system based on STC89C52 single chip microcomputer is presented. The overall structure model of the real-time circuit information acquisition system is constructed. The system is divided into relay module, MCU control module, A / D sampling circuit module, output interface module and so on. The UART cycle stack control method is used to adjust the amplitude of the signal sampling value. The real time signal is output to the A / D converter through amplifying filter, and the voltage control amplification control is carried out by single chip microcomputer, the output is high, low voltage to relay. The real-time acquisition signal can be stored and amplified. The test results show that the real-time information acquisition system has higher signal output amplification gain and better convergence of the signal output.
