基于REST的虛擬空間天氣觀測臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)接口研究

【摘要】:子午工程數(shù)據(jù)中心負(fù)責(zé)接收來自分布于全國的8個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)站,39個(gè)臺(tái)站,74種設(shè)備產(chǎn)生的不同類型的空間科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)文件。之后對數(shù)據(jù)文件做加工、存儲(chǔ)、分發(fā)、服務(wù)等處理。子午工程數(shù)據(jù)中心截至2013年4月產(chǎn)生了多種類型的海量空間科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),數(shù)據(jù)文件數(shù)達(dá)到7618693,數(shù)據(jù)大小達(dá)到2.93TB,這些數(shù)據(jù)包括地磁觀測數(shù)據(jù)、光學(xué)觀測數(shù)據(jù)、探空火箭數(shù)據(jù)、無線電觀測數(shù)據(jù)4大類。 子午工程數(shù)據(jù)中心目前對外提供兩種數(shù)據(jù)訪問形式。第一種是主動(dòng)推送方式,當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)文件進(jìn)入數(shù)據(jù)中心處理完成后,數(shù)據(jù)中心分發(fā)系統(tǒng)根據(jù)用戶訂閱的信息主動(dòng)推送數(shù)據(jù)給用戶。第二種是用戶主動(dòng)登錄子午工程數(shù)據(jù)中心門戶網(wǎng)站查詢、下載用戶關(guān)心的數(shù)據(jù)文件。子午工程數(shù)據(jù)中心目前只提供非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、自定義、網(wǎng)站形式訪問的數(shù)據(jù)接口。然而國際上已經(jīng)存在空間數(shù)據(jù)的國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)接口,,對于子午工程數(shù)據(jù)的主要用戶空間科學(xué)研究人員來說,不管是國內(nèi)用戶還是國際用戶,這種接口不符合國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使用不方便。由于子午工程數(shù)據(jù)的逐漸累積,知名度在國際上的逐漸提高,因此子午工程數(shù)據(jù)中心對外提供國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)據(jù)接口非常重要且急迫。 虛擬空間天氣觀測臺(tái)(Virtual Space Weather Observatory,VSWO)是一個(gè)軟件環(huán)境,提供一個(gè)來源不同、格式各異的數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)一界面,并且提供了可視化和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的工具,更可以集成各類的相關(guān)模式,如地磁預(yù)報(bào)模式等。如何讓虛擬空間天氣觀測臺(tái)處理來源不同、格式各異的數(shù)據(jù),并對用戶提供統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)接口是本文研究的內(nèi)容,處理來源不同、格式各異的數(shù)據(jù)本文使用太陽物理學(xué)元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聯(lián)盟SPASE提出的元數(shù)據(jù)模型對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述。對于提供統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)接口,本文使用協(xié)同數(shù)據(jù)分析接口CDAWeb,CDAWeb為CDF數(shù)據(jù)文件提供檢索、下載、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換、可視化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)接口。 本文通過使用或升級子午工程數(shù)據(jù)中心現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)文件、數(shù)據(jù)庫以及加工系統(tǒng),結(jié)合SPASE元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和CDAWeb數(shù)據(jù)接口標(biāo)準(zhǔn),運(yùn)用Flask技術(shù)將子午工程數(shù)據(jù)中心數(shù)據(jù)以REST數(shù)據(jù)接口形式提供給用戶。使得子午工程數(shù)據(jù)中心數(shù)據(jù)以國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)接口對外提供服務(wù),不僅簡化了數(shù)據(jù)中心數(shù)據(jù)的使用,而且使得子午工程數(shù)據(jù)更加面向國際化。
[Abstract]:The meridian engineering data center is responsible for receiving different types of spatial scientific data files from 8 nodes, 39 stations and 74 kinds of equipment distributed throughout the country. Then processing, storing, distributing, and services of the data files are processed. The meridian engineering data center produced a variety of massive spatial scientific data by April 2013. The number of data files is 7618693 and the size of the data reaches 2.93TB. These data include geomagnetic observation data, optical observation data, sounding rocket data and radio observation data in 4 categories.
At present, the meridian engineering data center provides two kinds of data access form to the outside world. The first is the active push method. When the data file enters the data center processing, the data center distribution system pushes the data to the user actively according to the subscribed information. The second is the user's active login to the meridian engineering data center portal. Download the data files of the user's concern. The meridian engineering data center currently only provides non standard, custom, and web site access data interfaces. However, international standard data interfaces for spatial data have already existed in the world, for the main user space science researchers of the meridian engineering data, both domestic and international. Users, this kind of interface does not conform to international standards, and it is inconvenient to use. Because of the gradual accumulation of the meridian engineering data, the popularity is gradually increasing in the world. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to provide the international standard data interface for the meridian engineering data center.
The virtual space weather observatory (Virtual Space Weather Observatory, VSWO) is a software environment that provides a unified interface for different sources and different formats of data, and provides tools for visualization and data mining, data discovery, and the integration of various types of related patterns, such as geomagnetic prediction models, and so on. How to make virtual space days The gas Observatory deals with different sources, different formats of data, and provides a unified data interface for the users. The data are different in processing sources and different in format. This paper uses the metadata model proposed by SPASE of the solar physics metadata standard alliance to describe the data. For providing a unified data interface, this paper uses the association. Interface with data analysis CDAWeb, CDAWeb provides retrieval, download, data conversion and visual standard data interface for CDF data files.
In this paper, by using or upgrading the existing data files, database and processing system of the meridian engineering data center, combining the SPASE metadata standard and the CDAWeb data interface standard, the data center data of the meridian engineering data center is provided to the user in the form of REST data interface, so that the data center of the meridian engineering data center is made by the international standard. The data interface provides services externally, which not only simplifies the use of data center data, but also makes the meridian engineering data more internationalized.
