基于TRIZ理論的智能社交手表設(shè)計

【摘要】:智能可穿戴設(shè)備是新興的智能產(chǎn)品,處于成長期,市場潛力較大。目前世界科技巨頭均投入資源進(jìn)行智能手表的研究,但是存在定位不明確、產(chǎn)品價格高、功能單一等方面的缺點(diǎn)。 構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品設(shè)計程序與方法模型:在TRIZ創(chuàng)新理論方法研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工業(yè)設(shè)計程序與方法相關(guān)理論,將TRIZ理論中的S曲線進(jìn)化理論、需求進(jìn)化定律、因果分析法、多屏幕分析法引入產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的各個階段,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建基于TRIZ理論的工業(yè)設(shè)計程序與方法模型。 針對產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),引入需求進(jìn)化定律,在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行相關(guān)的功能分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上獲得產(chǎn)品設(shè)計需求及功能說明書。針對產(chǎn)品方案創(chuàng)作,運(yùn)用形態(tài)分析法進(jìn)行方案分析及設(shè)計創(chuàng)作,基于機(jī)器美學(xué)及產(chǎn)品設(shè)計加工準(zhǔn)則,通過模糊評價法獲取最佳設(shè)計方案。針對產(chǎn)品尺寸,按照人機(jī)工程學(xué)相關(guān)準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行確定。針對產(chǎn)品使用,按照人機(jī)交互相關(guān)準(zhǔn)則,結(jié)合需求和功能說明書,進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的交互使用設(shè)計。 針對某款智能社交手表,按照TRIZ理論工業(yè)設(shè)計程序與方法模型進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計,重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行需求和功能分析,通過需求分析得出功能需求點(diǎn),然后綜合運(yùn)用產(chǎn)品設(shè)計相關(guān)理論及方法進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計,在此設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品模型、設(shè)計手冊、設(shè)計展板等相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品說明文檔制作。
[Abstract]:Intelligent wearable device is a new intelligent product, in the growing period, the market potential is great. At present, the world's scientific and technological giants have invested resources in the research of smart watches, but there are some shortcomings such as unclear positioning, high product price, single function and so on. Building the model of product design program and method: based on the research of TRIZ innovation theory and method, combining the related theory of industrial design program and method, the S curve evolution theory, demand evolution law, causality analysis method of TRIZ theory are put forward. The multi-screen analysis method is introduced into each stage of product design, and then the industrial design program and method model based on TRIZ theory is constructed. According to the product innovation point, the law of demand evolution is introduced, and the related function analysis is carried out on the basis of requirement analysis. On this basis, the product design requirements and functional specifications are obtained. Based on the machine aesthetics and product design criteria, the best design scheme is obtained by fuzzy evaluation method. According to the product size, according to ergonomics related criteria to determine. According to the principle of human-computer interaction and the requirement and function specification, the interactive design of product is carried out. According to the industrial design program and method model of TRIZ theory, the product design is carried out for a certain type of smart social networking watch. The demand and function analysis is emphasized, and the function demand point is obtained through the demand analysis. Then the relevant theories and methods of product design are used to make product modeling design. On the basis of this design, the product model, design manual, design panel and other related product description documents are made.
