基于AVR單片機的加液機PI控制器設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:介紹加液機控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理及其相關(guān)電路,在保證安全使用的前提下,降低加液機成本,提高計量準確度。設(shè)計一種基于ATmega128單片機的加液機控制系統(tǒng),采用單片機作為核心控制芯片,采用科里奧利質(zhì)量流量計和DG1300型號的壓力變送器,分別完成對流量和壓力信號的自動采集,同時將采集到的信號送入單片機,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)定值完成相應(yīng)的PI控制。最后論述其程序的實現(xiàn)方法,并對改進的PI算法進行驗證,給出仿真結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the working principle of the control system of the dosing machine and its related circuits. On the premise of ensuring the safe use, the cost of the dosing machine is reduced and the measuring accuracy is improved.A kind of control system based on ATmega128 single chip microcomputer is designed. The single chip microcomputer is used as the core control chip, the Coriolis mass Flowmeter and the pressure transmitter of DG1300 model are used to realize the automatic collection of flow and pressure signals, respectively.At the same time, the collected signal is sent to the single chip computer, and Pi control is completed according to the set value of the system.Finally, the implementation method of the program is discussed, and the improved Pi algorithm is verified, and the simulation results are given.
