【摘要】:在科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天,計(jì)算機(jī)幾乎被應(yīng)用于人類(lèi)社會(huì)活動(dòng)的所有領(lǐng)域。在現(xiàn)代軍事領(lǐng)域中,計(jì)算機(jī)是信息化、智能化武器系統(tǒng)的靈魂,是數(shù)字化戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)的智囊群和指揮與控制者。信息時(shí)代的軍事戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)在一定程度上表現(xiàn)為是計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的較量。應(yīng)用于軍事領(lǐng)域的計(jì)算機(jī)被稱(chēng)之謂軍用計(jì)算機(jī)。軍用計(jì)算機(jī)與商用計(jì)算機(jī)的區(qū)別是:它們是一類(lèi)在作戰(zhàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用的,具有特殊功能的加固型計(jì)算機(jī),對(duì)可靠性、抗干擾、電磁兼容等要求相當(dāng)高。僅就計(jì)算機(jī)的通用功能來(lái)說(shuō),軍用機(jī)不一定比得上商用機(jī),但其適應(yīng)惡劣環(huán)境的能力,即對(duì)振動(dòng)、沖擊、高低溫、潮濕、電磁干擾、鹽霧、霉菌等的適應(yīng)性是商用機(jī)無(wú)法比擬的。此外,在體積、重量、功耗,可靠性、維修性等方面,軍用機(jī)也有嚴(yán)格的要求。一般的民用計(jì)算機(jī)和民用電路系統(tǒng)是不可以直接應(yīng)用于軍用計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)的。本課題論述了高可靠軍用計(jì)算機(jī)的應(yīng)用電路處理系統(tǒng)需要具備的性質(zhì),從總體設(shè)計(jì)、硬件設(shè)計(jì)、軟件設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、工藝設(shè)計(jì)等多個(gè)方面出發(fā),闡述了設(shè)計(jì)高可靠電路處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和方法。比如在硬件設(shè)計(jì)方面,應(yīng)注意元器件的選型與篩選、邏輯電路的優(yōu)化、抗干擾等。軟件設(shè)計(jì)上著重于模塊化設(shè)計(jì)、冗余設(shè)計(jì)和軟件測(cè)試等。結(jié)構(gòu)上考慮熱設(shè)計(jì)和電磁兼容等。在實(shí)現(xiàn)上,例舉了一款基于945GME芯片組的核心處理模塊。硬件方面,對(duì)芯片進(jìn)行了選擇,詳細(xì)分析了各硬件模塊的電路設(shè)計(jì)和PCB設(shè)計(jì),做了扎實(shí)的工作。并從結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、工藝等方面保證了該模塊在惡劣環(huán)境下的適應(yīng)能力。該模塊已分別在某空軍設(shè)備的控制系統(tǒng)中得到了實(shí)際應(yīng)用。實(shí)踐結(jié)果表明可靠性高、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, computers are applied in almost all fields of human social activities. In the modern military field, computers are the soul of information-based and intelligentized weapon systems. The military war in the information age is to a certain extent the contest of computer technology. The computer applied in the military field is called military computer. The difference between a computer and a commercial computer is that they are used on the ground. Reinforced computers with special functions have very high requirements for reliability, anti-jamming, electromagnetic compatibility, etc. In terms of the general functions of computers, military aircraft are not necessarily comparable to commercial computers, but their ability to adapt to harsh conditions, that is, to vibration, The adaptability of impact, high and low temperature, humidity, electromagnetic interference, salt spray, mold and so on is unparalleled by commercial computers. In addition, in volume, weight, power consumption, reliability, maintainability, etc. Military aircraft also has strict requirements. General civil computers and civil circuit systems cannot be directly applied to military computer systems. This paper discusses the properties of the application circuit processing system of high reliability military computers. From the aspects of overall design, hardware design, software design, structure design, process design and so on, the design criterion and method of designing high reliability circuit processing system are expounded. For example, in hardware design, Attention should be paid to the selection and selection of components, optimization of logic circuits, anti-jamming, etc. In software design, emphasis is placed on modular design, redundant design and software testing, etc. In structure, thermal design and electromagnetic compatibility are considered. This paper gives an example of a core processing module based on 945GME chipset. In the aspect of hardware, the chip is selected, the circuit design and PCB design of each hardware module are analyzed in detail, and the solid work is done. The technology has ensured the adaptability of the module in the harsh environment. The module has been applied in the control system of some air force equipment. The practical results show that the module has high reliability and strong anti-interference ability.
