【摘要】：由于氣象信息數(shù)據(jù)種類(lèi)繁多,格式不統(tǒng)一,用戶(hù)需求不統(tǒng)一,文中提出Information Buffet Service(信息自助服務(wù))概念。面向全省的氣象業(yè)務(wù)人員逐步建設(shè)統(tǒng)一規(guī)范的數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境和應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái),開(kāi)發(fā)統(tǒng)一的通信系統(tǒng),減少重復(fù)建設(shè)氣象信息資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),達(dá)到集約化。省級(jí)各業(yè)務(wù)單位之間互聯(lián)互通,可以在邏輯上形成唯一的"業(yè)務(wù)交換中心"。通過(guò)氣象信息服務(wù)總線(xiàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)省內(nèi)氣象資料的自由、自助共享,為省級(jí)的主要?dú)庀髽I(yè)務(wù)提供"集中的"基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施框架。
[Abstract]:Because there are many kinds of meteorological information data, the format is not uniform and the user demand is not uniform, the concept of Information Buffet Service (Information Buffet Service) is put forward in this paper. Developing a unified communication system, reducing duplicate construction of meteorological information resource database, and achieving intensive interconnectedness among provincial business units can logically form a unique "service exchange center", and through the meteorological information service bus, To realize the freedom of meteorological data in the province, self-help sharing, to provide a "centralized" infrastructure framework for major meteorological operations at the provincial level.
