【摘要】：隨著科技的發(fā)展，產(chǎn)品日益復(fù)雜化且不斷向人性化發(fā)展。產(chǎn)品在人機(jī)界面和硬件交互方面的要求都有了相應(yīng)的提高。對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)師（團(tuán)隊(duì)或個(gè)人）而言，要查找出一件復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品的所有設(shè)計(jì)缺陷并不是容易的事情。而傳統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量測試方法只能從物理的角度測來試產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際質(zhì)量，在測試產(chǎn)品的人機(jī)交互指標(biāo)上無法達(dá)到理想效果。 目前，測試產(chǎn)品可用性的常見方法主要包括以用戶為中心的可用性測試和同行專家組織的評(píng)審活動(dòng)。這兩種方法能夠更人性化地測試產(chǎn)品的可用性，更好地從人機(jī)角度來考量產(chǎn)品。同行評(píng)審是由同行專家組成的技術(shù)小組根據(jù)個(gè)人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來查找產(chǎn)品錯(cuò)誤的一種測試方法。以用戶為中心的可用性測試，是通過了解用戶對(duì)所使用產(chǎn)品的體驗(yàn)，來考量產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)是否達(dá)到可用性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的測試方法。 首先，本文通過研究這兩種產(chǎn)品可用性測試的方法，來闡明以用戶為中心的可用性測試和同行評(píng)審可用性測試的異同。接著，根據(jù)對(duì)所獲得的眾多公司歷史數(shù)據(jù)的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：在產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)周期中，同行評(píng)審（Peer Review）比用戶測試（User Testing)發(fā)揮作用的時(shí)間更長，為設(shè)計(jì)師和公司帶來了很大的利益回報(bào)，以此得出同行評(píng)審具有獨(dú)特價(jià)值的觀點(diǎn)。然后，詳敘筆者在惠普實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)參與的打印機(jī)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的經(jīng)歷，，這個(gè)開發(fā)過程涉及到MD(Mechanical Design)、ID(IndustrialDesign)、 HFE(Human Factors Engineering)、 UI(User Interface)、 FW(Firmware)等多個(gè)開發(fā)部門，在BB、LP到MP1開發(fā)階段，筆者及項(xiàng)目其它設(shè)計(jì)師通過專業(yè)的同行評(píng)審測試方法來查找打印機(jī)的產(chǎn)品缺陷，并建立了產(chǎn)品缺陷數(shù)據(jù)庫。而在MP2、MP3階段，對(duì)該產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行以用戶為中心的可用性測試來查找打印機(jī)缺陷。再通過兩種測試方法的對(duì)比研究分析，說明同行評(píng)審在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中的獨(dú)特價(jià)值，以此用客觀事實(shí)和實(shí)踐來證明前面所提出來的觀點(diǎn)。最后，筆者基于在開發(fā)過程中對(duì)大量客觀數(shù)據(jù)的研究，提出同行評(píng)審在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的原則以及設(shè)計(jì)師在運(yùn)用同行評(píng)審方法上的不足，并對(duì)同行評(píng)審的運(yùn)用原則作出相應(yīng)改進(jìn)，以便設(shè)計(jì)師能夠更好的使用這種方法來提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，以使同行評(píng)審在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中最大化地發(fā)揮其積極的影響力。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the product is becoming more and more complicated and developing towards humanization. The requirements of the product in man-machine interface and hardware interaction have been improved accordingly. For designers (teams or individuals), It is not easy to find out all the design defects of a complex product, but the traditional quality testing method can only test the actual quality of the product from the physical point of view, and can not achieve the ideal effect on the man-machine interaction index of the test product. At present, the common methods of testing product usability include user-centered usability testing and peer expert review activities. These two methods can test the usability of products more humanely. Peer-reviewed is a test method by which a technical team of peer experts finds product errors based on personal experience. User-centric usability testing. It is a test method to determine whether the design of the product meets the usability standard by understanding the user's experience of the product used. First of all, by studying the two methods of product usability testing, this paper illustrates the similarities and differences between user-centered usability testing and peer-reviewed usability testing. Based on a study of the numerous company history data obtained, it was found that peer review peer review (peer review) plays a longer role than user testing in the product development cycle, bringing great benefits to designers and companies. From this point of view of the unique value of peer review. Then, the author's experience in developing the printer project involved in HP's internship involving MD(Mechanical Design, HFE(Human Factors Engineering, UI(User Interface, FWO Firmware and other development departments. During the development phase from BBLP-to MP1, the author and other designers of the project used professional peer-review test methods to find out the product defects of the printer, and set up the product defect database. A user-centered usability test is carried out to find out the printer defects, and the unique value of peer review in product development is illustrated by the comparative study and analysis of the two testing methods. Finally, the author based on the research on a large number of objective data in the development process, This paper puts forward the principle of peer review in practical application and the deficiency of designers in applying peer review method, and improves the application principle of peer review, so that designers can better use this method to improve product quality. To enable peer review in the production process to maximize its positive influence.
