【摘要】：為了解決雷達數(shù)字波束形成系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)的存儲問題,本文設計了基于FPGA的FLASH控制器。通過有限狀態(tài)機實現(xiàn)對FLASH的讀寫控制,在modelsim中對設計進行了仿真驗證,并通過硬件測試證明了設計的正確性和可靠性。該方法充分利用了FPGA設計靈活、FLASH存儲讀寫速度快的優(yōu)勢,具有成本低廉,兼容性強,易于工程實現(xiàn)的特點。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of radar digital beamforming to store data in the system, this paper introduces the design of FLASH controller based on FPGA control. Written by the finite state machine to achieve the FLASH read, in Modelsim for the simulation design, and through hardware testing proves the correctness and reliability of the design. The method makes full use of FPGA flexible design, FLASH memory read and write speed advantage, has the advantages of low cost, strong compatibility, it is easy to realize.
