【摘要】:為了解決低成本和低功耗應(yīng)用中的嵌入式Flash讀取速度問(wèn)題,提出多種基于緩存結(jié)構(gòu)的嵌入式Flash讀取加速技術(shù)及實(shí)現(xiàn),包括低頻快速訪問(wèn)技術(shù)、回填隱藏技術(shù)和改進(jìn)型關(guān)鍵字優(yōu)先預(yù)取策略,以及具有自適應(yīng)預(yù)取功能的緩存鎖定技術(shù)、預(yù)查找技術(shù)等,通過(guò)這些技術(shù)的整合應(yīng)用,在提高Flash讀取性能的同時(shí),保持較低的功耗.仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)證明:在占用資源(緩存容量)較少,頻率較低(用于部分低功耗應(yīng)用)的環(huán)境下,這些技術(shù)的應(yīng)用使加速控制器的加速性能與傳統(tǒng)的2路組相聯(lián)緩存相比得到了明顯的提升(20%~40%),同時(shí)加速控制器中讀加速單元的動(dòng)態(tài)功耗與傳統(tǒng)2路組相聯(lián)緩存相比降低了40%左右.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of embedded Flash reading speed in low cost and low power applications, a variety of embedded Flash reading acceleration techniques based on cache structure are proposed, including low frequency fast access technology. Backfill hiding technology and improved keyword prefetching strategy, as well as self-adaptive prefetching cache locking technology, pre-search technology, through the integration of these technologies and applications. At the same time, the Flash reading performance is improved, and the power consumption is kept low. The simulation results show that in the environment of less resources (buffer capacity) and lower frequency (used in some low-power applications). The application of these technologies makes the acceleration performance of the accelerator significantly improve compared with the traditional 2-way group associated cache. At the same time, the dynamic power consumption of the read accelerator in the accelerator is reduced by about 40% compared with the conventional two-way group associated buffer.
