【摘要】:集群通信系統(tǒng)是一種專網(wǎng)專用的系統(tǒng)。它具有應(yīng)急指揮通信和綜合調(diào)度的功能(如組播、一鍵對(duì)講以及緊急呼叫等功能)。集群通信系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在物流、機(jī)場(chǎng)、林業(yè)等專網(wǎng)專用的行業(yè)和公安、消防、鐵路等應(yīng)急指揮調(diào)度領(lǐng)域得到了非常廣泛的應(yīng)用。隨著集群專網(wǎng)的日益增多,,對(duì)專網(wǎng)之間互聯(lián)互通的需求也日益增加,由于不同的部門如公安,消防等使用的集群專網(wǎng)體制不同,多網(wǎng)融合、統(tǒng)一調(diào)度的問題也日益突出。 本論文通過分析不同集群專網(wǎng)的接口特點(diǎn),提出了基于音頻接口的統(tǒng)一的互聯(lián)解決方案,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了綜合交換調(diào)度設(shè)備。本論文主要論述了綜合交換調(diào)度設(shè)備中集群電臺(tái)接口板的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)。每塊集群電臺(tái)接口板提供了四路集群電臺(tái)接口,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)四個(gè)不同頻段、不同技術(shù)體制的集群網(wǎng)際之間的互聯(lián),也可以連接電臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)集群臺(tái)和電臺(tái)之間的互聯(lián)。通過與綜合交換調(diào)度設(shè)備中二線板的數(shù)據(jù)交互還可以使無線集群專網(wǎng)接入到公共電話網(wǎng)(PSTN)和GSM/CDMA移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),可進(jìn)行單雙工設(shè)備之間的順暢通信,解決了多部門之間無法統(tǒng)一指揮調(diào)度等問題。 集群電臺(tái)接口板由于受外形尺寸、成本控制等原因,在設(shè)計(jì)中使用了基于SOPC的硬件架構(gòu)。采用ALTERA的FPGA并在內(nèi)部構(gòu)建了基于NIOSⅡ的處理器平臺(tái),除了語音編解碼用專用芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)外,其余的數(shù)據(jù)處理和控制均在FPGA中完成。 本文的主要工作如下: 1.設(shè)計(jì)了集群電臺(tái)接口板的硬件系統(tǒng),包括語音接口電路、語音編解碼電路、FPGA子系統(tǒng)和熱拔插接口電路等幾個(gè)部分,最終設(shè)計(jì)完成了單元板的原理圖和PCB。 2.完成了FPGA邏輯設(shè)計(jì)和軟件程序的開發(fā)。對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)集群電臺(tái)接口板中遇到的語音激活檢測(cè)(VAD)和雙音多頻(DTMF)檢測(cè)兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵算法,首先使用Matlab對(duì)算法進(jìn)行了仿真,然后把算法用VHDL硬件描述語言實(shí)現(xiàn),并用ModelSim軟件進(jìn)行了前仿真,通過修改調(diào)整時(shí)序,確保邏輯程序設(shè)計(jì)的正確性。最后對(duì)邏輯程序進(jìn)行了綜合、適配并下載到FPGA上通過使用SignalTapⅡ邏輯分析工具進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。程序算法全部用FPGA內(nèi)部基本邏輯單元實(shí)現(xiàn),擺脫了對(duì)FPGA內(nèi)部的乘法器等特殊邏輯資源的依賴,使這兩個(gè)算法的IP核通用于所有FPGA平臺(tái),方便了在其它產(chǎn)品的使用。 3.通過硬件和軟件的綜合調(diào)試與驗(yàn)證,最終形成了產(chǎn)品,目前設(shè)備已經(jīng)裝備武警、人防等部門,得到了用戶的一致好評(píng)。雙音多頻檢測(cè)等IP核也移植到公司的XX對(duì)講控制器等設(shè)備上使用,其實(shí)用性也得到了進(jìn)一步的驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Trunking communication system is a special network system. It has the functions of emergency command communication and integrated dispatch (such as multicast, one-click intercom and emergency call). The trunking communication system is already in the logistics and airport. The field of emergency command and dispatch, such as forestry and other special networks, has been widely used. With the increasing number of special cluster networks, the demand for interconnection between private networks is increasing day by day. As different departments, such as public security, fire protection and other use of the cluster network system is different, the integration of multiple networks, unified scheduling problems have become increasingly prominent. By analyzing the interface characteristics of different cluster networks, this paper proposes a unified interconnection solution based on audio interface. This paper mainly discusses the design and development of the trunking radio interface board in the integrated switching dispatching equipment. Each cluster radio interface board provides four trunking radio interfaces. It can realize the interconnection between the four different frequency bands and different technical systems. The wireless trunked private network can also be connected to the public telephone network (PSTN) by means of data interaction with the two-wire board in the integrated switching and dispatching equipment. And GSM/CDMA mobile networks. It can communicate smoothly between single duplex devices and solve the problem that multi-department can not be unified in command and scheduling. The interface board of trunked radio station is controlled by size and cost. The hardware architecture based on SOPC is used in the design, and the processor platform based on NIOS 鈪
