【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的信息量迅猛增長(zhǎng),促進(jìn)了存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展。現(xiàn)在,越來越多的計(jì)算機(jī)投入于企業(yè)、數(shù)據(jù)中心等開放式環(huán)境中。在這些應(yīng)用中,峰值服務(wù)時(shí)存儲(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)量往往比其他時(shí)間要大很多。但是,為了保持峰值情況下服務(wù)質(zhì)量一致性,不得不配置更多的存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備。然而,這些存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的在日常情況下往往具有較低使用率。因此,根據(jù)應(yīng)用服務(wù)的存儲(chǔ)需求和應(yīng)用特征來進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)存儲(chǔ)是非常有意義和價(jià)值的。 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)虛擬存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)中資源預(yù)留及存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備利用率較低等不足,提出了基于iSCSI的存儲(chǔ)的思想。即根據(jù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需求和應(yīng)用特征來申請(qǐng)存儲(chǔ)資源,并對(duì)空間利用率較低且長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未訪問的存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)遷移。 首先,介紹了基于iSCSI的存儲(chǔ)的應(yīng)用環(huán)境,并討論了系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。分析了動(dòng)態(tài)存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)需要解決的問題及解決方案,并分析了該方案的可行性。其次,,著重介紹了原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)包括客戶端、服務(wù)器、存儲(chǔ)資源代理三個(gè)部分,其中每個(gè)部分又包括有多個(gè)功能模塊。其中,存儲(chǔ)資源代理為系統(tǒng)提供存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備,并完成對(duì)存儲(chǔ)資源的分配操作。服務(wù)器將系統(tǒng)中所有的存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理,構(gòu)成存儲(chǔ)池,并劃分為固定大小的存儲(chǔ)塊。當(dāng)客戶端有實(shí)際需求時(shí),根據(jù)存儲(chǔ)需求以及應(yīng)用特征向服務(wù)器請(qǐng)求存儲(chǔ)資源。服務(wù)器根據(jù)負(fù)載均衡算法,選擇合適的存儲(chǔ)資源代理為客戶端分配存儲(chǔ)資源。另外,調(diào)度模塊實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中所有的存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備,將空間利用率較低且長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未訪問的存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)遷移。 最后,驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)所具有的功能,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)測(cè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的虛擬化技術(shù),采用動(dòng)態(tài)存儲(chǔ)機(jī)制后,讀寫性能并沒有較大影響,應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的存儲(chǔ)利用率可以提升30%~40%。另外,采用動(dòng)態(tài)遷移技術(shù),系統(tǒng)中存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的能耗得到降低。因此,動(dòng)態(tài)存儲(chǔ)機(jī)制是提高存儲(chǔ)資源利用率和改善系統(tǒng)性能的有效方法。
[Abstract]:The amount of information in the network era of rapid growth, and promote the rapid development of storage technology. Now, more and more computer investment in enterprise, data center in open environment. In these applications, the data storage capacity of peak services more often than other time to be much larger. However, in order to maintain the peak under the condition of service quality consistency and have to configure more storage. However, these storage devices in everyday situations tend to have low utilization rate. Therefore, to carry out dynamic storage according to the application requirements and application characteristics of the storage service is very meaningful and valuable.
In view of the traditional virtual storage technology in resource reservation and storage equipment utilization rate is low, iSCSI is proposed based on the idea of storage. According to the actual demand and application characteristics of application system for storage resources, and the space utilization rate is low and the long time without access to storage devices for data transfer.
First of all, this paper introduces the application of iSCSI based storage, and discusses the key technologies applied in the system. The analysis of dynamic storage system needs to solve the problems and solutions, and analyzes the feasibility of the scheme. Secondly, this paper introduces the design and implementation of the prototype system. The system includes client and server. Storage resource broker in three parts, each part comprises a plurality of functional modules. The storage resource broker provides a storage device for the system, and complete the allocation of storage resources. The server will manage all storage devices in the system, a storage pool, and is divided into blocks of fixed size. When the client has the actual demand, according to the storage requirements and application characteristics of the request to the server. The server storage resources according to the load balancing algorithm, select proper storage resources for the client agent Allocate storage resources. In addition, the scheduling module monitors all storage devices in real time and migrates data with low utilization rate and long access.
Finally, the system has the function of authentication, and the performance of the system is evaluated. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional virtualization technology, the dynamic mechanism of memory, read and write performance is not affected, the application system can improve the utilization rate of storage 30%~40%. in addition, the dynamic migration technology, energy storage equipment in the system is reduced. Therefore, the dynamic storage mechanism is an effective method to improve the rate and improve the performance of the system using storage resources.
