晶體取向?qū)︽嚮鶈尉Ц邷睾辖鸺{米壓痕行為的影響(英文)

為了研究晶體取向?qū)︽嚮鶈尉Ц邷睾辖鸺{米壓痕行為的影響,采用帶原子力顯微鏡的Berkovich壓頭對(duì)[001],[011]和[111]取向的鎳基單晶高溫合金開(kāi)展了納米壓痕試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:晶體取向?qū)汉圯d荷-深度曲線、硬度和彈性模量有顯著影響。晶體取向會(huì)影響γ′強(qiáng)化相的形狀和體積分?jǐn)?shù),進(jìn)而會(huì)影響其力學(xué)性能。采用晶體塑性理論對(duì)3種典型晶體取向下的納米壓痕響應(yīng)和分解切應(yīng)力分布開(kāi)展有限元模擬,模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果符合得較好。
