鹽助還原法對(duì)金屬鎢顆粒形貌和尺寸的影響(英文)

提出一種利用鹽助氫氣還原制備形狀和尺寸可控鎢顆粒的簡(jiǎn)單方法,并通過調(diào)節(jié)氯鹽添加量和溫度制備形狀和尺寸可控的鎢顆粒。加入鹽添加劑后,最終產(chǎn)物的分散性得到明顯改善,顆粒生長(zhǎng)更加充分。其中,NaCl與LiCl的作用尤為顯著。在1038 K時(shí)添加0.1%NaCl(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))和0.1%LiCl (質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的鎢顆粒平均粒徑分別為0.924和1.128μm。隨著溫度和氯鹽添加量的增加,生成的鎢顆粒的分散性變好,小顆粒的粒徑增大,形狀由球形變?yōu)槎嗝骟w。特別是在1349 K下,氯鹽的加入使鎢顆粒的粒徑顯著增大,添加1%NaCl(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))和1%LiCl (質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))鎢顆粒的平均粒徑分別達(dá)到21.367和29.665μm;趥鹘y(tǒng)假晶轉(zhuǎn)變和化學(xué)氣相傳輸機(jī)理,還詳細(xì)探討添加鹽對(duì)反應(yīng)機(jī)理的影響。
