微弧氧化Mg-3Al-1Zn鎂合金應(yīng)力腐蝕和腐蝕疲勞行為研究(英文)

主要對微弧氧化Mg-3Al-1Zn鎂合金在空氣和3.5%硫酸鈉溶液2種環(huán)境下的應(yīng)力腐蝕和腐蝕疲勞行為進(jìn)行研究,并討論其相互關(guān)系。微弧氧化處理后,Mg-3Al-1Zn鎂合金的耐蝕性能得到明顯改善。與Mg-3Al-1Zn鎂合金基體相比,在空氣中,微弧氧化后合金的應(yīng)力腐蝕和腐蝕疲勞強度均下降了大約10 MPa。在3.5%硫酸鈉溶液環(huán)境中,微弧氧化后合金的腐蝕疲勞性能仍然是惡化的,但是應(yīng)力腐蝕強度卻得到了顯著改善,從58.24 MPa提高至202.08 MPa。這表明材料的力學(xué)性能(應(yīng)力腐蝕和腐蝕疲勞)并不是與其腐蝕性能完全保持線性關(guān)系的。微弧氧化處理后鎂合金在空氣中的應(yīng)力腐蝕斷口為韌性斷裂,在硫酸鈉溶液環(huán)境中為解理斷裂。而其腐蝕疲勞斷口不論是在空氣中還是在腐蝕環(huán)境中均為解理斷裂。這主要是由于腐蝕環(huán)境和變換循環(huán)載荷的影響,兩者共同作用將會加速裂紋擴(kuò)展。這表明,周圍環(huán)境和加載類型對材料斷裂機理有重要影響。
