高氧強化的高強高塑Ti-Zr合金(英文)

通過粉末冶金和熱加工方法制備氧含量為0.42%~0.54%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))的Ti-Zr合金。結(jié)果表明:Ti-Zr合金由具有相同α相結(jié)構(gòu)的富Zr區(qū)和貧Zr區(qū)組成,富Zr區(qū)域的氧含量較高,且晶粒尺寸較小。Ti-Zr合金同時具有高強度(σs=700~900 MPa)和高的總伸長率(>20%),而氧的固溶強化是主要的強化機制。Zr由于與Ti具有高度結(jié)構(gòu)相似性,對氧誘發(fā)Ti合金脆化的影響不大。因此,0.54%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))的高含量值仍處于韌性到脆性轉(zhuǎn)變的臨界氧含量范圍內(nèi),不明顯降低材料的延展性。
