AZ31鎂合金表面層層組裝PSS/GS膜的體外耐蝕與抗菌性能(英文)

為提高鎂合金的耐蝕性,并且使其表面具有抗菌功能,從而抑制生物膜的形成和生物腐蝕,利用原位水熱法在AZ31鎂合金基體上制備氫氧化鎂膜以及層層組裝制備硫酸慶大霉素(GS)和聚苯乙烯磺酸鈉(PSS)多層膜。利用掃描電子顯微鏡、傅里葉紅外光譜、X射線光電子能譜、電化學(xué)測試和浸泡實驗研究(PSS/GS)nMg復(fù)合膜層的表面形貌、化學(xué)成分和耐腐蝕性能。最后,通過抑菌圈實驗和平板計數(shù)法評定(PSS/GS)nMg樣品抵抗金黃葡萄球菌的性能。結(jié)果表明,在鎂合金表面制備的復(fù)合膜層表現(xiàn)出較好的耐蝕和抗菌性能。這種復(fù)合膜層可用作醫(yī)療植入器件涂層。
