Mg-5Y-0.5Ce-0.5Zr合金的熱壓縮行為(英文)

在變形溫度為300~450℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.01~1 s-1的條件下進(jìn)行熱壓縮試驗(yàn),對(duì)Mg-5Y-0.5Ce-0.5Zr鎂合金的熱變形行為進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,在熱壓縮變形過(guò)程中,該合金的流變應(yīng)力隨著變形溫度和應(yīng)變速率的變化而變化。在同一應(yīng)變速率下,流變應(yīng)力隨著變形溫度的增高而降低;在同一變形溫度下,流變應(yīng)力隨著應(yīng)變速率的減小而減小。該合金熱壓縮流變應(yīng)力的本構(gòu)方程可采用雙曲正弦形式構(gòu)建,熱變形激活能Q為253 kJ/mol。
