鑄造充型過程光滑粒子流體動力學建模及數(shù)值模擬(英文)

建立了模具充型過程的光滑粒子流體動力學方法數(shù)值模型。為了表征模具固壁對充型流體的約束,建立了一種耦合固壁邊界條件。在固壁表面設(shè)置了L-S斥力粒子;在固壁內(nèi)部設(shè)置了若干層邊界虛粒子,實現(xiàn)對流體粒子支持域的補充。通過冷態(tài)水模擬實驗對計算模型進行了驗證。計算結(jié)果與實驗吻合良好,證明了本文模型的有效性。
