模鍛態(tài)Al-5.87Zn-2.07Mg-2.42Cu合金的高溫力學(xué)性能和顯微組織(英文)

研究經(jīng)T6時效熱處理的模鍛態(tài)Al-5.87Zn-2.07Mg-2.42Cu合金從室溫升高到250℃時的高溫力學(xué)性能和顯微組織。高溫拉伸試驗結(jié)果表明,隨著拉伸溫度從室溫升高到250℃,合金的抗拉強度從638降至304 MPa,伸長率從13.6%升至20.4%。通過透射電子顯微鏡和電子背散射衍射技術(shù)對合金的顯微組織進行表征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著拉伸溫度的升高,析出相發(fā)生粗化,位錯密度逐漸降低,合金組織發(fā)生不同程度的動態(tài)回復(fù)。在250℃進行拉伸時,合金內(nèi)形成許多由小角度晶界組成的亞晶組織。
