模鍛態(tài)Al-5.87Zn-2.07Mg-2.42Cu合金的高溫力學(xué)性能和顯微組織(英文)

研究經(jīng)T6時(shí)效熱處理的模鍛態(tài)Al-5.87Zn-2.07Mg-2.42Cu合金從室溫升高到250℃時(shí)的高溫力學(xué)性能和顯微組織。高溫拉伸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨著拉伸溫度從室溫升高到250℃,合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度從638降至304 MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率從13.6%升至20.4%。通過(guò)透射電子顯微鏡和電子背散射衍射技術(shù)對(duì)合金的顯微組織進(jìn)行表征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著拉伸溫度的升高,析出相發(fā)生粗化,位錯(cuò)密度逐漸降低,合金組織發(fā)生不同程度的動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)。在250℃進(jìn)行拉伸時(shí),合金內(nèi)形成許多由小角度晶界組成的亞晶組織。
