鋁合金表面等離子噴涂制備Al/SiC復(fù)合涂層(英文)

對鋁合金表面等離子噴涂制備Al/SiC復(fù)合涂層進(jìn)行了研究,探索了SiC體積分?jǐn)?shù)對復(fù)合粉末的沉積行為以及Al/SiC復(fù)合涂層性能的影響規(guī)律。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在等離子焰流中,純SiC發(fā)生降解和氧化。SiC含量越高,等離子噴涂沉積Al/SiC復(fù)合涂層越困難,純SiC沉積后與基體粘結(jié)層之間存在裂紋;SiC含量越高,Al/SiC復(fù)合涂層硬度越高。Al/SiC(50:50)復(fù)合涂層厚度70μm,顯微硬度達(dá)到3690 MPa,對鋁合金表面起到強(qiáng)化效果。
