雙級(jí)時(shí)效在鑄造Mg-3Nd-0.2Zn-Zr(wt.%)鎂合金中的應(yīng)用(英文)

研究了常規(guī)雙級(jí)時(shí)效處理工藝(先低溫160℃,后高溫200℃)和反雙級(jí)時(shí)效處理工藝(先高溫200℃,后低溫160℃)對(duì)低壓砂型鑄造Mg-3Nd-0.2Zn-Zr(NZ30K)(wt.%)鎂合金的硬度和室溫拉伸性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,常規(guī)雙級(jí)時(shí)效處理對(duì)提高NZ30K合金的屈服強(qiáng)度效果不明顯,而反雙級(jí)時(shí)效處理能明顯提高NZ30K合金的屈服強(qiáng)度。經(jīng)200℃×16h+160℃×64h反雙級(jí)時(shí)效處理后,NZ30K合金獲得最佳綜合力學(xué)性能,硬度和屈服強(qiáng)度分別為75.7HV和161MPa。
