電場升溫速率對Ti6Al4V鈦合金微齒輪成形性影響(英文)

采用電場輔助微塑性模鍛成形技術(shù)成型了高強度、大硬度、低塑性的Ti6Al4V鈦合金微齒輪。結(jié)果表明,在電場作用下,圓柱形Ti6Al4V坯料在石墨模具中可以成型微齒輪。Ti6Al4V材料在加熱速率為5℃/s時具有最佳的可成型性,較高的加熱速率30和40℃/s可以有效地縮短材料預(yù)變形的時間。經(jīng)電場輔助成型的樣品均具有魏氏結(jié)構(gòu),但齒頂比齒心的組織更細(xì)小。加熱速率為5和10℃/s的試樣β相含量略高于原始坯料,但加熱速率為20、30和40℃/s的試樣沒有顯示出β相。此外,在電場作用下,所有成形樣品的維氏硬度均有所增加。
