2219合金正弦脈沖MIG焊的數(shù)模參數(shù)優(yōu)化工藝研究

【摘要】:通過數(shù)學建模的方法得到了2219合金的正弦脈沖MIG焊接工藝回歸方程,以焊接接頭的抗拉強度為指標得到了最佳2219合金的焊接工藝參數(shù),并觀察了2219合金及其焊接接頭的顯微組織。結(jié)果表明,2219合金的最佳焊接工藝參數(shù)為:電壓17.5 V、等離子電流65 A、焊接速度37 cm/min、等離子氣流量13.5 L/min、送絲速度3.2 m/min。2219合金焊接接頭的抗拉強度的預測值和實測值分別為290 MPa和285 MPa。
[Abstract]:The regression equation of sinusoidal pulse MIG welding process of 2219 alloy was obtained by mathematical modeling method. The optimum welding process parameters of 2219 alloy were obtained by taking the tensile strength of welded joint as the index, and the microstructure of 2219 alloy and its welded joint was observed.
