小口徑永磁球頭磁流變拋光工藝研究(英文)

【摘要】:針對(duì)半球諧振子最小曲率半徑2 mm難以被傳統(tǒng)輪式磁流變拋光的難題,提出一種直徑4 mm的永磁球頭磁流變拋光技術(shù),研究了其去除函數(shù)和工藝參數(shù).結(jié)合滑動(dòng)軸承潤(rùn)滑流體動(dòng)力學(xué)分析方法,建立小口徑永磁球頭磁流變拋光區(qū)的三維去除模型.采用二維有限差分、松弛迭代法等數(shù)值方法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,結(jié)果為拋光區(qū)形貌與剪切力速度乘積圖極其相似,而與壓力速度乘積分布完全不同,證明了工件表面材料去除是以剪切力去除為主,而不是以正壓力去除為主,并且采用剪切力與拋光相對(duì)速度建立去除函數(shù).通過(guò)計(jì)算可以得到Preston方程中中間區(qū)域的K平均值為8.93×10-13m2/N.單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明當(dāng)最小加工間隙越小,主軸轉(zhuǎn)速越大時(shí),材料去除率越大.本文為不同情況下選擇最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)提供了理論基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the minimum curvature radius of 2 mm of hemispheric harmonic oscillator is difficult to be polished by traditional wheeled magnetorheological polishing, a permanent magnet ball head magnetorheological polishing technique with diameter of 4 mm is proposed, and its removal function and process parameters are studied. Based on the hydrodynamic analysis method of sliding bearing lubrication, a three-dimensional removal model of magnetorheological polishing zone of small caliber permanent magnet ball head is established. The numerical methods such as two-dimensional finite difference method and relaxation iterative method are used to solve the model. The results show that the morphology of the polished region is very similar to the shear force velocity product diagram, but completely different from the pressure velocity product distribution. It is proved that the surface material removal of the workpiece is dominated by shear force removal, not by positive pressure removal, and the removal function is established by using shear force and polishing relative velocity.
