含Nb元素堆焊層金屬中碳化物的析出行為

【摘要】:以堆焊連鑄輥為研究對(duì)象,研制三種不同合金元素Nb加入量的藥芯焊絲,采用金相顯微鏡和掃描電鏡對(duì)其顯微組織、碳化物形貌進(jìn)行了觀察.采用X射線衍射儀對(duì)其相結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了測(cè)定.采用Thermo-Calc軟件對(duì)含鈮堆焊層金屬中碳化物的析出行為進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果表明,堆焊層金屬顯微組織為鐵素體、M23C6和MC.隨著Nb元素含量增加,其顯微組織得到細(xì)化,Nb C沿晶界析出.熱力學(xué)計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,析出碳化物主要為MC,M23C6.隨著Nb元素含量的增加,MC析出量增多,M23C6析出量減小.MC中主要是Nb元素,并溶解了一定量的Mo,V,Cr和Fe元素;M23C6中主要是Fe,Cr元素,即Nb元素含量變化主要影響MC型碳化物.
[Abstract]:Taking surfacing continuous casting roller as the research object, three kinds of flux-cored welding wires with different alloy element Nb content were developed. The microstructure and carbide morphology of the wires were observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The phase structure was measured by X-ray diffractometer. The precipitation behavior of carbides in niobium surfacing layer metals was analyzed by Thermo-Calc software. The results show that the microstructure of the surfacing layer is Ferrite, M23C6 and MC.. With the increase of Nb element content, the microstructure of, Nb C precipitates along grain boundary. The results of thermodynamic calculation show that the main precipitated carbides are MC,M23C6.. With the increase of Nb content, the precipitation of MC increased, but the precipitation of M23C6 decreased. The main elements in MC were Nb elements, and a certain amount of Mo,V,Cr and Fe elements were dissolved, and the main elements in M23C6 were Fe,Cr elements, that is, the change of Nb element content mainly affected MC carbides.
