Al-Ti-Si-RE高速電弧噴涂層熱震與電化學腐蝕行為

【摘要】:通過對Al-Ti-Si-RE涂層抗熱震性能以及熱震前后電化學腐蝕行為分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)Al-Ti-Si-RE涂層在500℃時能夠保持良好的抗熱震性能,且在熱震前后耐電化學腐蝕性能沒有明顯下降,主要原因是Ti在高速電弧噴涂過程中,與Al結(jié)合反應(yīng)放熱,使涂層與基體"冶金結(jié)合"部位增多,提高了涂層結(jié)合強度。同時經(jīng)透射電鏡(TEM)觀察,噴涂層中晶粒尺寸較小,且Al與鈦鋁金屬間化合物具有良好共格關(guān)系,降低了Al-Ti-Si-RE涂層開裂敏感度。另外Al-Ti-Si-RE涂層具有發(fā)達的"骨架"結(jié)構(gòu),電化學腐蝕過程中形成的Al氧化物能夠有效填充到"骨架"孔隙和熱震引起的微裂紋當中,對涂層同時起到"自封閉"與"自修復"作用,使其更加致密并兼具良好抗熱震性能與耐電化學腐蝕性能。
