國內外焊管用鈦帶的品質對比

【摘要】:通過對寶鈦集團、美國鈦金屬有限公司、日本新日鐵住金株式會所、韓國大宇國際公司4家來自不同國家的代表生產商所生產的0.5 mm厚Gr.2焊管用鈦帶的化學成分、力學性能、硬度、顯微組織、表面狀況及粗糙度等性能進行分析測試,以期用實驗數據說明目前國產焊管用鈦帶品質所達到的真實水平,為國產鈦帶的推廣應用提供有利的支撐。測試結果表明:國產焊管用鈦帶的各項性能與國外基本相當,且批次穩(wěn)定性、表面一致性等甚至優(yōu)于國外同類產品。
[Abstract]:The chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness, microstructure, surface condition and roughness of 0.5 mm thick Gr.2 welded pipe produced by four representative manufacturers from different countries, such as Baoti Group, American Titanium Metal Co., Ltd., Japan Xinri Iron Co., Ltd., Korea Daewoo International Co., Ltd., were analyzed and tested. It is hoped that the experimental data can be used to illustrate the true level of the quality of titanium strip used in domestic welded pipe at present, and to provide favorable support for the popularization and application of domestic titanium strip. The test results show that the properties of domestic titanium strip for welded pipe are basically the same as those of foreign countries, and the batch stability and surface consistency are even better than those of the same kind of foreign products.
