擠壓態(tài)ZK60A鎂合金高溫變形行為和加工性能(英文)

【摘要】:通過在溫度為250~450°C和應(yīng)變速率為0.001~10 s-1條件下進行壓縮測試,研究擠壓態(tài)ZK60A鎂合金的高溫變形行為和加工性能。ZK60A鎂合金的本構(gòu)方程可以用雙曲正弦函數(shù)進行描述。在真應(yīng)變?yōu)?0.2~-0.8下構(gòu)建熱加工圖。在300~400°C以及0.01~0.001 s-1應(yīng)變速率下,材料完全再結(jié)晶(DRX)并顯示出良好的加工性能。ZK60A鎂合金高溫加工,例如鍛造,可以進行。在變形量大于-0.5以及應(yīng)變速率高于0.1 s-1時,實驗觀察到流變失穩(wěn)現(xiàn)象,例如局部應(yīng)變集中、孿生變形、晶粒異常長大、微裂紋和切變斷裂,不推薦進行加工。攀移控制的位錯蠕變主導ZK60A鎂合金的塑性變形以及動態(tài)再結(jié)晶形核。
