【摘要】：為研究冷處理對(duì)超級(jí)馬氏體不銹鋼的組織性能及逆變奧氏體的影響,通過淬火+回火(A鋼)、淬火+冷處理+回火(B鋼)以及淬火+深冷處理+回火(C鋼)3種工藝進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。結(jié)果表明:實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼中基體組織為回火馬氏體,隨回火溫度的升高,馬氏體板條變細(xì)。在相同回火溫度下,A鋼馬氏體板條尺寸較大,B鋼次之,C鋼尺寸較小、且更平直。實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼中逆變奧氏體含量隨回火溫度的升高先增加隨后降低,在650℃時(shí)達(dá)到最大,整個(gè)過程中C鋼逆變奧氏體含量高于B鋼和A鋼。實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的硬度隨回火溫度的升高而降低,在650℃時(shí)達(dá)到最小,隨后增大。相同回火溫度下,C鋼硬度高于B鋼,B鋼高于A鋼。A鋼中逆變奧氏體多為塊狀,尺寸較大,分布較少;B鋼次之;C鋼中逆變奧氏體多為條狀,尺寸較小,且分布均勻。

[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of cold treatment on the microstructure and properties of super maraging stainless steel and inverter Austenite, three processes, quenching and tempering (A steel), quenching cold treatment tempering (B steel) and quenching cryogenic treatment tempering (C steel), were compared and studied.
