鍛造溫度對(duì)TC21鈦合金鍛板組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:研究鍛造溫度對(duì)TC21鈦合金鍛板組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。試驗(yàn)選用3件規(guī)格為Φ300 mm×400 mm的TC21棒料,經(jīng)制坯完成后進(jìn)行鍛造。采用相同鍛造變形量,鍛造溫度分別為Tβ+15℃、Tβ+30℃、Tβ+45℃,進(jìn)行顯微組織觀察和室溫拉伸試驗(yàn)分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,TC21鍛板在相變點(diǎn)以上變形時(shí),隨著鍛造溫度升高,試樣短橫向、長(zhǎng)橫向和縱向室溫抗拉強(qiáng)度Rm和室溫屈服強(qiáng)度Rp0.2升高。由于鍛造溫度在相變點(diǎn)以上,所以3塊鍛板的低倍呈清晰晶,且隨著鍛造溫度的升高,清晰度增加,晶粒增大。同時(shí),3塊鍛板的顯微組織為網(wǎng)籃組織,由多個(gè)平直的束狀α相互相交錯(cuò)排列形成,隨著鍛造溫度升高,α相排列方向一致性增強(qiáng),長(zhǎng)條α相含量增加,α相厚度和長(zhǎng)度增加。
