鍛造溫度對TC21鈦合金鍛板組織和力學性能的影響

【摘要】:研究鍛造溫度對TC21鈦合金鍛板組織和力學性能的影響。試驗選用3件規(guī)格為Φ300 mm×400 mm的TC21棒料,經(jīng)制坯完成后進行鍛造。采用相同鍛造變形量,鍛造溫度分別為Tβ+15℃、Tβ+30℃、Tβ+45℃,進行顯微組織觀察和室溫拉伸試驗分析。試驗結果表明,TC21鍛板在相變點以上變形時,隨著鍛造溫度升高,試樣短橫向、長橫向和縱向室溫抗拉強度Rm和室溫屈服強度Rp0.2升高。由于鍛造溫度在相變點以上,所以3塊鍛板的低倍呈清晰晶,且隨著鍛造溫度的升高,清晰度增加,晶粒增大。同時,3塊鍛板的顯微組織為網(wǎng)籃組織,由多個平直的束狀α相互相交錯排列形成,隨著鍛造溫度升高,α相排列方向一致性增強,長條α相含量增加,α相厚度和長度增加。
