【摘要】：對T2純銅表面進行機械扭壓處理(SMPT)后,分別研究SMPT工藝參數(shù)中的工具頭轉(zhuǎn)速、水平進給速度、下壓深度、處理次數(shù)以及潤滑方式對材料表面顯微硬度的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速由3000 r/min上升至5000 r/min時,材料表面顯微硬度逐漸增加,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到6000 r/min時顯微硬度呈下降趨勢;工具頭水平進給速度對材料表層顯微硬度影響較小;下壓深度的增加可以提高材料表層顯微硬度;當(dāng)處理次數(shù)為3次時顯微硬度達(dá)到最大值;采用水潤滑方式效果要大于采用油潤滑方式效果,而采用高溫潤滑脂效果最差。
[Abstract]:After mechanical torsional compression treatment of T2 pure copper surface with (SMPT), the effects of tool head speed, horizontal feed speed, down pressure depth, treatment times and lubrication mode on the surface microhardness of T2 pure copper were studied. The results show that when the rotating speed increases from 3000 r/min to 5000 r/min, the microhardness of the material surface increases gradually, and the microhardness decreases when the rotating speed reaches 6000 r/min. The horizontal feed speed of the tool head has little effect on the surface microhardness of the material. The microhardness of the surface layer can be increased with the increase of downpressing depth, and the microhardness reaches the maximum when the treatment times are 3 times. The effect of water lubrication is greater than that of oil lubrication, but the effect of high temperature grease is the worst.
