2524鋁合金蠕變時(shí)效本構(gòu)建模及回彈仿真(英文)

【摘要】:研究2524鋁合金板材蠕變時(shí)效過程中的本構(gòu)建模及回彈仿真。在180~200℃、140~210 MPa和16 h條件下,對(duì)2524鋁合金進(jìn)行一系列的蠕變時(shí)效實(shí)驗(yàn);谶@些實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)建立能夠很好地描述合金蠕變時(shí)效行為的材料本構(gòu)模型。通過將本構(gòu)模型嵌入到有限元軟件MSC.MARC的子程序中,分析沿板材厚度分布的內(nèi)應(yīng)力對(duì)回彈的影響。仿真結(jié)果表明:僅考慮拉應(yīng)力時(shí),板材回彈量為61.12%,而同時(shí)考慮拉應(yīng)力和壓應(yīng)力時(shí),回彈量為65.93%。另外,對(duì)2524鋁合金板材進(jìn)行蠕變時(shí)效成形實(shí)驗(yàn)。成形板材回彈量為68.2%,其值更接近65.93%。這表明仿真分析時(shí)同時(shí)考慮板材厚度方向的拉壓內(nèi)應(yīng)力更能準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)構(gòu)件的回彈量,這樣得到的仿真結(jié)果更符合實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
