鋁合金與鋼CMT焊接及接頭腐蝕行為

【摘要】:本文以4mm厚的5083鋁合金和EH36鋼板為研究對(duì)象,以ER4043鋁硅焊絲和ER5183鋁鎂焊絲為填充金屬,利用CMT焊接技術(shù)分別對(duì)鋁合金/鍍鋅鋼、鋁合金/釬劑涂層鋼板進(jìn)行工藝性試驗(yàn),采用SEM、EDS等方法對(duì)焊接接頭的組織和性能進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)工藝試驗(yàn)探究,確定鋁合金/鋼CMT焊接工藝參數(shù)為:送絲速度為3.2m/min,焊接速度為250mm/min,焊接電流65A,電弧電壓14.5V,協(xié)同脈沖頻率為5HZ,脈沖修正為2。首先在CMT電弧條件下做潤(rùn)濕鋪展試驗(yàn)。分析對(duì)比釬料種類和鋼表面狀態(tài)以及焊接參數(shù)對(duì)釬料鋪展的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)鋼板既沒(méi)有鍍鋅層有沒(méi)有釬劑涂層時(shí),無(wú)論增加燃弧時(shí)間或送絲速度都不會(huì)對(duì)釬料的鋪展起到明顯的作用;當(dāng)鋼板上鍍鋅時(shí),增加燃弧時(shí)間或送絲速度都可以促進(jìn)AlSi5和AlMg5釬料的鋪展;當(dāng)鋼板上涂有釬劑時(shí),增加燃弧時(shí)間或送絲速度都會(huì)促進(jìn)AlSi5釬料鋪展,延長(zhǎng)燃弧時(shí)間不如增加送絲速度對(duì)促進(jìn)AlMg5釬料鋪展的效果明顯。在進(jìn)行鋁合金和鍍鋅鋼的CMT焊接時(shí),使用鋁硅焊絲和鋁鎂焊絲都可以得到成形良好的熔釬焊接頭。AlSi5焊絲焊接而成的接頭強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到159MPa,化合物厚約2.8μm~7.1μm;AlMg5焊絲焊接而成的接頭強(qiáng)度只有40MPa,接頭界面區(qū)生成的金屬間化合物厚約38.6μm~48.6μm。在焊接鋁合金和釬劑涂層鋼時(shí),使用AlSi5焊絲可以得到成形較好的熔釬焊接頭,但是使用AlMg5焊絲時(shí)焊縫成形不佳。AlSi5焊絲焊接而成的接頭由于工藝因素會(huì)產(chǎn)生未熔合,強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到82MPa;使用AlMg5焊絲焊接時(shí),因?yàn)槿鄢剌^輕,釬劑難以上浮,阻礙了界面反應(yīng)造成虛焊,接頭強(qiáng)度只有10MPa。電化學(xué)試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,鋁/鋼熔釬焊接頭的耐蝕性介于鋼母材和鋁母材之間,使用AlMg5焊絲焊接得到的接頭耐蝕性比使用AlSi5焊絲的好,而鋼板表面狀態(tài)對(duì)接頭的腐蝕行為影響不大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 4mm thick 5083 aluminum alloy and EH36 steel plate were taken as the research object, ER4043 aluminum-silicon welding wire and ER5183 aluminum-magnesium welding wire were used as filling metals. The technological properties of aluminum alloy / galvanized steel and aluminum alloy / flux coated steel plate were tested by CMT welding technology. The microstructure and properties of the welded joint were studied by SEM,EDS and other methods. Through the investigation of process test, the welding process parameters of aluminum alloy / steel CMT are determined as follows: wire feeding speed 3.2 m min, welding speed 250 mm min, welding current 65 A, arc voltage 14.5 V, cooperative pulse frequency 5Hz, pulse correction 2. Firstly, the wetting spreading test is carried out under the condition of CMT arc. The effects of solder type, steel surface state and welding parameters on solder spreading were analyzed and compared. The results show that when there is no solder coating in galvanized steel plate, no matter how much arc time or wire feeding speed is increased, it will not play an obvious role in the spreading of solder, and when galvanized steel plate, increasing arc time or wire feeding speed can promote the spread of AlSi5 and AlMg5 solder. When the solder is coated on the steel plate, increasing the arc time or wire feeding speed will promote the spread of AlSi5 solder, and prolonging the arc time is not as effective as increasing the wire feeding speed to promote the spread of AlMg5 solder. When CMT welding of aluminum alloy and galvanized steel is carried out, a well-formed brazing joint can be obtained by using aluminum-silicon wire and aluminum-magnesium welding wire. The joint strength of AlSi5 wire can reach 159 MPA, the thickness of compound is about 2.8 渭 m ~ 7.1 渭 m, the joint strength of AlMg5 wire is only 40 MPA, and the thickness of intermetallic compound formed in the interface zone of the joint is about 38.6 渭 m ~ 48.6 渭 m. When welding aluminum alloy and flux coated steel, the weld brazing joint can be obtained by using AlSi5 wire, but the weld forming is not good when AlMg5 wire is used. The joint welded by Alsi 5 wire can produce unfusion due to technological factors, and the strength can reach 82 MPA. When welding with AlMg5 wire, it is difficult to float because of the light molten pool, which hinders the interface reaction to cause false welding, and the strength of the joint is only 10 MPA. The results of electrochemical test show that the corrosion resistance of aluminum / steel brazed joint is between the steel base metal and aluminum base metal. The corrosion resistance of the joint welded with AlMg5 wire is better than that with AlSi5 wire, but the surface state of steel plate has little effect on the corrosion behavior of the joint.
